AT&T Store

I went to the Lisbon store AT&t and the manager Isaiah help me with a problem on my phone he was fantastic knew exactly what to do please give him a good word

Great store. The manager, David is extremely helpful and patient. I would recommend this store to anyone.
I have called, and talked to Dazia as well. You can't go wrong at this store.

Dillion and his co-worker at the store in Lisbon, CT were patient, professional, and helpful! My family was buying 3 phones and they helped us get a great plan plus the accessories. We called the store later on and they helped problem solve once again.

Staff member Bill was very helpful with explaining the variety of newer phones out there to make sure I would be happy with the space, size, and features available. Best service I have received from any sales representative in months. Bill going that extra step with me and being patient with my daughter is a great representation of the business.

Store inventory was a little less then desirable, but given the times we are in I think it is understandable. So long as they keep great sales representatives like Bill this place will stay 5 star for myself.

Kelsey was amazing! Although she was working alone she helped our family along with 3 others in a fast, efficient, professional manner. She took time to answer all our questions. AT&T are lucky to have such a great employee.

Went by appointment to the store and a man named Neil worked with me, he was great, very helpful, got me all hooked up with new device, and accessories! Very pleased!! He was the only one working and when we got there he hadn't even had a chance to have his cup of coffee so despite that he was still amazing!!

I went to get an upgrade today and had the pleasure of working with Kelsey in the Lisbon location. I walked in to her helping another couple, also with an upgrade. She told me she would be right with me and proceeded to be extremely patient as she helped a less tech savvy couple, make sure all apps and emails were back on their new phone. Another customer arrived who wanted to get two upgrades for her and her daughter... To try and keep it short ( I know this wasn’t) but Kelsey was excellent at multi tasking between all the customers... I did honestly feel bad that it was the weekend before Xmas and she was the only employee in the store (this was between 12:30-1:30). I’m hoping this review is seen and Kelsey is recognized for the employee she is. I’m glad I made the drive to have worked with her!

Kelsey was great with our transaction. Very friendly and fast process. There were a few negatives sun beaming through the windows made it hot with no shades and the ac didn’t work. Also the WiFi is extremely slow for a company who offers internet!

When I walked into at&t yesterday I wasn’t planning on buying a new phone I knew I wanted one but I just went in to pay off my old phone and when I walked in the store associate Markel was extremely nice and patient and answered all my questions without hesitation, he told me about the promotions that at&t was having and helped me pick out my perfect new phone and gave me step by step directions on how to set it up at home so it wouldn’t be a hassle. I always said I didn’t want another phone bill but because of Markel I was able to comfortable make a decision that ultimately saved me money in the long run.
Thank you for your help and thank you for answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.
I am definitely coming back there again for any further electronic needs.

Outstanding service by the manager David Quinonnes . He took care of my issues with a smile and a genuine interest and dedication. He greeted every customer as they came through the door and did his best to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.

Robert R was amazing. He helped me over the phone for more than 30 minutes!! I had issues with my phone and I thought it was my service and he explained I need to update my phone and it started working perfect right away. I love that An actual person helped me and not a Robot like other phone companies! Keep up the great work ATT in Lisbon!! Best customer service EVER!!

Came in to the store after dealing with the store in Uncasville last week. Was very unhappy with my interaction with them as they were closing they rushed me out the store without showing me anything or transferring any of my content. David was kind enough to take the time to transfer my stuff over and walk me thru on how to use my new phone. He is awesome and ATT needs to know!!!!! Thank you David I will not be going anywhere else but this store for now on and all friends and family as well.

Sunday, April 10, 2016: Oliver Kelley and Daryl Green were extremely helpful and nice. I dropped my phone and needed a replacement. Oliver couldn't have been more helpful. When my new phone is shipped to me, Oliver will try to retrieve the information from my broken non-working phone and get it into the new one. I highly recommend this store. Great customer service.

Experience at this store was amazing fast friendly and amazing team of people got invited and helped soon as we walked in best experience at a phone store so far great job to all the workers there

Doug was completely helpful. Very understanding to someone who is not very good with set ups. I would anyone to visit Doug for any questions or help they need. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Dave G. Must be one of the most helpful, fun loving, and genuinly kind people I have ever met! All I had to do was tell him what I needed and I had it in no time at all. Between Dave and his partner Bill this is a great place!! Highly reccommend!!!

Very clean, tidy, excellent service. In and out very easy going and kind workers. Bill and Dave were absolutely wonderful. Plan on going back as soon as my new phone breaks haha.

Went to the norwich store right before coming to Lisbon and the store manager in Norwich his name is doug and he was soo rude did not even wanted to open the door to help me left there and came to lisbon and the the employee there Robert helped me and took care of my problem would be coming to lisbon from now on. Robert Rodriguez come see him

Kelsey was AMAZING she spent a long time with me to get my issue resolved!!! But she was so patient and personable, I have never had better customer service!!!
