AT&T Store

I came into the store looking to upgrade my iPhone and was greeted by a representative named Damian. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen! He was super thorough and explained what my current plan offered. I ended up upgrading my plan and using my current phone as a trade in. Working with Damian made the process super easy and quick! I’ve had my share of interactions with reps but this guy definitely set the bar! Super professional, easy going and knowledgeable! I hope to continue working with him. A+ Service!!

I went in to the at&t store in South Pasadena yesterday with a problem.
I was greeted by Angie. She solved my problem in five minutes. She was very nice, professional, and helpful. She made my whole experience a positive one.

I visited the AT&T store today , I came across DAMIAN who gave me great customer service , very funny guy 😁, and very patient, I walked out a happy customer 😁😁 thanks DAMIAN , and keep up the great work 👌

Excellent customer service ..can't thank this guy enough..much better than the Foothill branch who did not give me an option to order the phone in store.

Kristal was the best at explaining everything to me! She was able to save me money on my bill and get me a new phone !

Carol, I believe that's her name, was great! She helped me with everything I needed and made everything run smoothly. She helped my buy my new iPhone13 plus, switch the service, and get a case and screen protector. She gave me all the knowledge I needed to make sure I know why the first bill might be higher due to time and the services that I chose and how my bills should look. I switched from T-Mobile because they couldn't give me straight information and kept changing it but she made everything easier.

Was in and out in no time! Service was great!

Teresa was a tremendous help to as a new customer. She helped me get the best offer for my phone, she helped me get it set and transfer my account from t-mobile with very little info on my part. She also stayed over her time to help me get my phone working. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help me out. I am very satisfied with at&t and look forward to service to come.

Walked in to get a new phone after dropping mine one too many times. Guadalupe helped me within 3 minutes of arriving, and in less than 20 minutes, I had placed my order for a new phone and was out the door! She was informative, efficient, and made an experience I was dreading a pleasant one.

Teresa was extremely helpful during my visit to fix a few account related issues. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with various plans. Teresa was prompt in following up on the recommended changes. Overall, a great experience with a true professional!

Taimure was one of the best att representatives I've come across. He assisted me over the phone and resolved any issues I previously encountered with other reps.

I stopped by before work to get my new phone and switch over all of my info from one phone to the new phone and the rep that was there was so patient with me. He really took his time to make sure that I was ready to go. Thank you so much.

Went in to activate my new phone's eSIM b/c my old phone was too old to support the new eSIM transfer technology. Damian helped me do that extremely quickly; I was out of the store in just 10 minutes!
