Ross Dress for Less

Tried on about 12 pairs of jeans, none of them a perfect fit, so I checked one more place and found EXACTLY what I wanted! Three pairs around $40, took some time and perseverance, but I am satisfied!

I love going here good deals. I can go in there, spend a $100 and walk out with 10 bags. And it's always so clean, and their employees are very nice.

Love Ross! Found some amazing stuff. Also Fitting room employee with orange hair is super nice.She had a very positive attitude.

While the store shelves are terribly unorganized and the staff help is limited, loss prevention pointed me in the right direction and I found what I wanted for the price that I wanted. More than 50% off. Specifically, I found a Gaiam brand yoga mat (that retails at Target for $30) for only $12. The mats' are identical in all respects except color (length, width, and thickness). in fact I actually kind of like the purple better than the choices at the other store.

This ross has much better selection than one in Hurst

There was so many people there due it being Christmas that I couldn't purchase because of the lines

I love this store. I always find something for me and my family. There ara clothes, shoes, candies, home, kitchen and more. 👍

This store has a lot of different items from clothes to household items. You never know what you will find!

I suggest you go when you have plenty of time to shop. They even have a good selection of gift ideas for the holidays coming up. They have dressing rooms in the back to try clothes on and grab a cart on your way in. When I don't I always have to go back upfront for one.

I ran in to find a dressy type shirt for a short notice occasion. It didn't take me long to find 6 shirts I liked and I settled on 3 even though I needed one. The prices are very reasonable which made it difficult to pass on the other two shirts.

Love this store because of the great selections of merchandise that they usually have. I have been to some other Ross stores that had limited selections but this usually have great things. I won't say that prices are cheap but average. Customer service is usually good both at the changing room and cashier posts. Queues for payment usually move fast too.
The store is right beside Bed bath and Beyond.

I love Ross, especially when I can find things. I like that you can get nice home decor for a decent price. And also get nice clothes for a wedding.

Each Ross store has such a different selection but a broad selection for all different sizes. The store on 377 in Watauga had a lot of selection but their checkout was not good. Had to cashiers but when I got up there one decided to start retaging clothes and I had to stand there close to 5 minutes. Customers were being ignored. I was not happy.

Great customer service and cheap quality stuff it's cheap but inflation has gotten to ross too still love to shop there

The "Dress for less" definitely reflects the store quality. The items are usually in good or new conditions. Some items can be a little used or damaged. If you're in a rush to find an item, from a purse to a tie to home decors, Ross is a safe bet for a decent quality item for it's price. (Updated from an inital 2018 review)

School shopping for tween granddaughter. She found so much. She got a weeks work of clothes and I only spent $250!

We like to shop here for the kids. The prices are good and there is a nice selection to choose from. I have 4 kids so to buy name brands at a discounted price is always nice. The service was good and not to long of a wait in line to check out. We was greated at the door as well.

I can honestly say this is one of the best Ross stores you could go to. Their security team is always on top of it. They are always by the front door making sure everything is the way it should be. They greet you when walking in while taking their jobs seriously. Retail is all about customer satisfaction. If you have no customers, you have no business.

They have the best selection of clothes by far. I have been to other Ross stores and have not been pleased with the selection or the looks. The up keep of this specific store is incredible. I dont know how you do it but keep it up! The Ross store over by Northeast mall had clothes all over the place, on the floors, hangers laying around everywhere, not a lot of business, clothes racks were empty. I would understand if it was a busy day but that particular day, it was not. There were at least 4 or 5 people up front talking and laughing and doing nothing when they could have been fixing the store.

All in all, I love this Ross. I'll never go to a different one if I ever need to go. Thank you for the awesome customer service and satisfaction!

Picked up some good value baking dishes. Glad to see people are wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. Was bit concerned as one of the lady at the checkout seems to have allergy or cold. Hope its just allergies.
