Vucciria Food & Gourmet

Touche' & kudos to Vucciria for finally having security both inside & out! I've been a lifelong resident of Bensonhurst & have been shopping at Vucciria forever! It bothers me seeing shoplifters inundating this store & local stores while others like myself spend their hard earned money! Sorry for those complaining about not being allowed to shop with backpacks but maybe it's because lowlifes have been robbing them blind! Vucciria's fresh fruits & daily soups are the best & I'd hate to have to stop frequenting this store & others who don't protect their regulars! It's one small step for man & one giant leap for mankind!

Cheap, tasty vegies and fruit! Eggs are 69¢ a dozen. Meat that i found is a little more expensive and having fewer options than in other places, but good quality. To demonstrate the prices i am posting an image of what i bought for $16.08 in total (missing for corncobs there).

The goto store for fruits, vegetables, greens, pasta, bread, sweets, meat, ethnic food, even soups. A large variety to choose from.

The best and the very famous vegetable paradise. Every possible grown thing can be found there for a discounted price.

open 24hrs with great prices on produce. they also have a decent selection of meats, Italian cookies, bread, and a deli. The deli has a bunch of prepared food and fancy charcuterie meats as well as cheeses.

There is also a hot soup bar that is always fully stocked.

I shop here everyday! The fruits and vegetables are really fresh. There is a cooked food section too which smells great every time I visit. They accept credit cards only when the bill is above $10. It’s the biggest among all the grocery stores in this area.

Seasonal fruit sales are good. Good produce deals, quite crowded sometimes and chaotic. Parking close by is a challenge, I usually drive a few blocks away for some peaceful parking and walk over.

Italian bread ❤fresh and fresh fruit and legum

Huge variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, frozen foods, fresh breads made daily. Fresh hot & cold salad bar. Deli counter and olive bar. A nice selection of International foods. Some of its prices are high, but worth it. Cashiers are friendly as well as its workers who handle all the produces.

Best prices, good produce, I live nearby so I shop here all the time. I used to shop at cherry hill across the street but their prices are too high....went across the street to Vucciria, never been back to cherry hill. Always good service and a bigger, better selection...if you juice you can get all your veggies and fruits here, everything is fresh and lots of organic stuff...

Come here for everything. Fresh baked breads, lots of fresh cooked foods and tons of fruits and veggies. Huge store and fast checkout. The best part is it’s open 24 hours in case you want fruit at night. See photos.

I like this place a lot. It's no Meats Supreme (RIP) but it's pretty great. Wide selection of stuff, excellent produce (and prices), and all the different types of mineral water you could hope for. I always grab a pirojki and a Borjomi here after I get my hair cut at Top Hair down the block.

The soups are the best things about this place -- you get to ladle it all yourself!! I like a 50 to 60 percent solids-to-broth ratio instead of the typical 1:4 proportions given elsewhere. All their prices are rather modest for what's "fairly real" gourmet quality food, whether it's soup or deli or produce or anything else...I love love love this place!!! I'm only sorry they no longer do fresh bottled veggie juices, ice creams and gelatos, or baked goods, all of which they made themselves on the premises; I guess Bensonhurst is still very working-class, after all!

Very big place. A lot of different products. Fruits & vegetables. Great variety of dairy products. Always fresh. Closeby to the subway & bus stop. This is one of those places that open 24 hours. And you can come here anytime. They also have cooked roasted chicken and about 5-6 different soups, you can buy on the spot. Cashiers are very pleasant and helpful.

I ALWAYS like Shopping at Vuccira. Their Prices is to beat, and they're open 24 hrs . I live in SI, but go to Church in Coney Island. I'm a Brooklynite, move to SI 15 yrs ago, but still do a lot of my shopping in BK bc of lower pricing on Vegetables and Fruits, amongst Other Things. They are on 86th Street and I believe corner of 11th Avenue.

Best place on the Avenue I love it when I need to get something I will only come here haven't had an issue

Everything is in affordable price . You can find almost everything. Good and polite stuff, who will help you in anywhere and to find anything if you're looking for.

I go thi place once a week lot of verity of fruit, vegetables and bakery items open 24 hours love to go there again 😀

The prices are good the selection is vast and the fruit are sweet as the pretty cashier.
