Kyle in the lawn and garden department went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me select, purchase, & load a 140 pound electric fireplace yesterday. It was like a blast from the past when the customer experience use to be a focus when you shopped anywhere. He made numerous trips to the stock room to gather information regarding shipments, assembly, & product information that helped me make the right decision. Then he pulled it from the back, walked me up to the front, checked me out himself, and then he recruited Beth (who was also super amazing) to curbside load this monster box in my SUV. It was the total VIP treatment. What an amazing associate you all have… I hope you take good care of him and groom him to into a leadership position that can inspire others to be great. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, thank you again Kyle!

It’s not even Thanksgiving yet but I am loving the Christmas spirit yard decor at Lowe’s! They have some really cute decor this year! Can’t wait to decorate for the holidays!

If you have any problems with a appliance delivery where the people that's installing your new appliance damages it. Ask for Emily the manager! She was amazing and really out right respectful!! Thank you Emily for taking the time to take care of us. We appreciate you!!

Well stocked flooring. This batch of associates are friendly. They have the new Cobalt handtools in stock. Craftsman powered handtools are stocked here.

My son just bought a townhouse, and we needed quite a few lightbulbs, new door locks, and paint color sample cards. They had everything we needed. I am positive we will be back for other needs.

I hate any & every hardware store because I always find more than I went in for. All staff were courteous and many offered to help with no pressure. Thanks Lowe's. Here are things I looked at today. This is very old and I just saw it needed to be posted.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Barry in hardware went above and beyond to help me. I wanted some cabinet pulls but I found out it was a buy back and it wasn't on the floor, Barry went back to receiving and searched all over for them. He didn't give up, found them and MADE MY DAY! Unfortunately it is hard these days to find good service, but you have a GREAT employee.

Went this day specifically to look for items for the car, and to see if they could cut a car key for me. Shocked and surprised that I could get a transponder key and have it cut for only $44 (included tax) when the dealership wanted $187.75 + tax! 😲😲😲

Not all keys were the same price, but the one for my vehicle was one of the less expensive ones available. Easily purchased, cut, and because I had read up on how to program it, it only took me about 10 minutes or less to have the gentleman find which key I needed, for me to purchase it, return to him to have it cut, and leave to program it in my vehicle. Saved me a ton of money and I know where to go in the future to get another.

Shout out to Mrs. Robin for GREAT customer service!!!! She was very patient to resolve my issue and went above and beyond to help me.

Always my go to lowes. Alot less busy than wentzville, people are always helpful and I can get in and out almost every time.

I just had a great experience with Sara at the Lake Saint Louis Location. I brought in a paint match sample - she identified the finish and perfectly matched it - even though my sample was scratched up. She was super friendly and quick.
Employees like her - make this location my first stop! Thank You, Sara!

If you need tools this is the place to go, they have a lot of sale items. I believe they're over order Christmas sales but good deal. Lot of them are better than Black Friday Sales.
