This is a great place for just about all of your automotive needs. I will always bring my vehicles here. This is the first time I've gotten CHICK FIL A like service in another business. (My pleasure!) The entire staff is nice, respectful, and friendly.

Driving by and decided to get my emissions and safety done. Plenty of time to get it done, they took me right in and not only was the safety and emissions done they found out why the car was draining the battery..the negative cable was rotted, car has 310k something bound to happen but they fixed it. Great Service, friendly staff

$70 (tax included) got me sorted out with a used tire with decent tread on it. Friendly, courteous service. They answered the phone (Nicky) on the second ring and answered my questions without putting me on hold. I didn't have a lot of time, but they got me in right away and took care of it while I waited. From the time I first called about the problem until I was back on the road was < 90 minutes.

These folks are consistently excellent, well rounded and professional. I appreciate a excellent independent auto shop that takes care of my car babies very deeply. General maintenance, inspections, in-depth work, welding, and even walk-in tire plugs. Really quick every time too.

Floyd's was able to work on my car on a Sat. at short notice. That is important with my work schedule. Excellent customer service & prices. The tire rotation/balance & oil change were done in a timely matter. I will be back to Floyd's for any car maintenance/repair.

Super great people. Got me in on a Saturday right after i called. My cars brakes were really bad and I kept putting it off until my car started making loud metal on metal noice when turning. Called super concerned and they got my car right in and the cost was very reasonable. Hard to find honest people who arent going to over charge you. They did great. Will be going back for anything my car needs

Today when I came outside to leave my house, I noticed I had a flat tire. Bummer! I was sure it would be a pain getting it fixed quickly since it was 4:30 in the afternoon. After AAA put my donut on, I headed into Floyd’s. I had never been here before, but I will definitely be back. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They had my tire repaired before I knew they even started. I am not even kidding or exaggerating... I thought they hadn’t even started yet and the lady asked if I was ready to go because they were already done. They are FAST! Then to top it all off, the repair was cheap.
Cheap, fast, and good service? Count me in. I will definitely do business here again.

Put a new 20" tire on a wheel for me that had a completely blown out tire. Easier for me to just bring the wheel and bad tire up there separate from the vehicle. Very affordable and quick, to the point, quote and same day service even though the specialty tire had to be brought from the warehouse. They have also put a new tire on for my mom as well as patch a different tire for her on another occasion. Will do business with again. Great job.

Hit a curb and blew out 3 tires and bent 3 wheels late at night. Had my car towed to Floyd's that night and left my key in the drop box. They called in the morning with costs and had me back on the road the next afternoon.

The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The work was excellent and reasonable cost. I'll be using them for other service. Hopefully not with the same issue that brought me there however. 😁 I didn't need it but they have financing available too.

Back again on 6/18/2020 for front brakes (pads and rotors) and a MO Emission inspection. Still friendly staff, quick service (had an 8 a.m. appt. and said I needed by 4 p.m. Got a call at 11:30 a.m. that it was done.) Call Floyd's to at least get an estimate before you get any work done. They are great!

You won’t regret coming here! The customer service is awesome and so is the work. If you have any issues w/ any work performed they will gladly accommodate you without issue! The ladies at the front counter are great communicators and friendly. The labor is professional and double checked before your car is released to you. You wont choose any other place after visiting Floyd’s!

My brother and I came there together to get a diagnostic check on his car. He found out he had some mechanical problems, that needed immediate attention. The mechanics, along with their front desk clerk, thoroughly explained the problems, and talked to us about the cost of the repairs needed. My brother returned and gave them permission to have the work done, and was satisfied. Their customer service, starting from the front desk clerk, to their mechanics, were friendly, and courteous. Their not out to just get a lot of money, falsely. Their honest and up front on what they find and what you need done concerning your car repairs. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work! We need more good and honest car repair shops in our communities. 😀

Nice and honest staff. Great auto service place to get your car fix. I went to another auto shop first and they quote me $1000 to get my radiator replace. I knew that price was too high. I called Floyd’s and the price was much more reasonable. They were in the price range I knew was right. I had been to Floyd’s before and they did great service on my other vehicle so I don’t know why I didn’t go there first. They do excellent work. I would highly recommend Floyd’s Tire and Car Care

This place is amazing! We had our vehicle break down on the side of the road on our way back to Minnesota from Tennessee. We had to get towed somewhere and really didn't have time to do much research, so we just went with the first non-dealership we found. The people at Floyd's were extremely honest and genuine about everything. They went more than above and beyond with their customer service. If I lived in St. Louis, I would only go to them!

I want to thank the entire team and ownership for yet another great experience. I waited at the shop for repairs to be made and the entire time I was there, they kept me updated, mechanic showed me what was needed and most importantly got me back on the road. This is not my first time using floyds and it will certainly not be the last. Give them a shot at your business, you will not be disappointed.
