My experience is, the quality of shoes I have purchased has been very good. The last time we were there it was buy one get half off second pair.

Had exactly what I wanted and online said they had the shoes in my size and color in stock and they did for the price it shown online too.

The staff is always real friendly and helpful. It's well stocked, organized, and clean. They also have a restroom which was a nice suprise. You can almost always find what you're looking for and at a good price. I love that they have a large selection of prices, quality, brands, and styles.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted which really means alot. The store was also neat and tidy which made picking out shoes for my daughter less painful.

I bought a 2 pair of shoes and one was on clearance, spun the wheel and saved 4 bucks more. Of course I'm going back lol. Thanks 😊

Shoe carnival has a great selection of shoes and their prices can't even be beat by eBay and Amazon. Sales associates are more than helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the deals deals deals. Shoe carnival has the shoe you need. Or boots or sandals or flip-flops. They even have socks and shoestrings, imagine that!

Like the selection and the buy 1, get 2nd pair 1/2 off, is ccx always nice. My only complaint is there is not a lot of selection if you have big feet, like mine. I need 14 or 15, and finding that size us difficult. Selection is minimal.

A decent enough shoe carnival. Staff was generally friendly and asked me if I needed help. I didn’t, but was glad that they offered.

Their new employee Harrison is very courdious and a great employee. He has a gentle way with employees and is a kind soul. Employee of the month!!!!!! He is also very soft spoken
