Fantastic experience and the staff gets you in and out quickly. The outdoor seating is great even with the noise from interstate 10.

I called and asked and they were more than eager to replace my order (no fault or error on their behalf just my own) and fast agreed to come at a later time showed up and was ready packaged to go. No hesitation no rudeness just happily and willing to do so. Starbucks is my daily go to and never fails.

The gal helping me was over the top with explanation of the sandwiches and I needed something soft so she made it happen!

I had the Brown Sugar Oat Milk shaken espresso with cinnamon sweet cold foam. Delicious!

Drive-thru area made ordering easy and quick. The employees were welcoming and friendly. My pastries were warmed up, and my coffee was made to order.

I wanna try other drinks on the menu, but I always get a Cafe mocha. It's my favorite Starbucks coffee.

Placed my to go order at the wrong location. The gentleman at the to go order took care of it and prepared my order there without skipping a beat. It's the little things in life, ya know? :)

This location can get crazy busy, but they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. It is very rare that my order comes out wrong and if it does they are quick to remedy the mistake. Excellent customer service from every employee I've encountered here. I can't say that about many places. I will go out of my way to order here instead of a location that's more convenient.

Every morning when I come through the drive-thru Sharon makes my day. She's always so sweet and has a big smile on her face. even if my morning isn't starting off great when I see her positivity and her radiant smile it makes my day so much better. She is so sweet and professional someone give her a raise

First visit to this location today! Extremely speedy in the drive thru and my order was perfect. No skimping on a venti without cream. Ironically, the price was less as a venti than a grande was at another location in at Katy Mills. Staff was courteous! Smiles matter! I highly recommend this Starbucks location! Love love love!

Another great Starbucks with great service and upbeat employees. Had a hard time getting my nitro brew but that was no fault of staff. They did a great job and re-routed me to other great drink options:-)!

Always great! They are very quick for the amount of cars that are there in the morning. Definitely add a few minutes of cushion to your commute if you are going in the morning during rush hour.

Got a venti Frappuccino in no time

Vanilla bean frappe and the turkey croissant warmed made my entire day it's soooooo good tastes like ice cream!!

I've found that every Starbucks that I have ever been to here in Houston always has great service. I have never been to any other franchises that I have had consistently good service. It makes that $5 cup of coffee worth it.

Excellent service! Fast, efficient and right off the feeder road. Couldn’t ask for more! Love the friendly staff as well. This Starbucks gets a 5 star!

These guys were true baristas you could just tell, they gave me the drink with the cream just floating on top, cause they knew it would slowly settle down into a whole little world of delish... Would recommend to anyone...

I love this location because I've never waited more than 10 minutes, they are super super pleasant and it beats having to walk in to a Starbucks!! This is a drive/walk up little and brand new!!! Love it!!

Was meeting up someone in the area and decided to enjoy a frap with the pleasant weather on the patio. Fast service and was pleasantly surprised they offered wifi even though its a drive thru store.
