McDonald's

One of my most frequently visited McDonald’s locations! They get my order correct 90% of the time! I highly recommend this fast food restaurant!

Went through drive up window around 3pm on a Friday needing a cup of coffee for a friend who was needing a quick pick me up. They started a new pot before I learned of their policy to ensure they truly care about serving fresh coffee. I would have been ok with old coffee and felt the old coffee would have been fine but my fried assured me the fresh coffee was perfect.

So thank you for caring about quality! And served by an extremely gracious worker who brought it out to my car with a heartfelt smile… all around fabulous moment in the day!

This is the best McDonald's in WR. Clean...! Employees are always so nice, polite and helpful. Love to eat here

The McRib and fries were very fresh and hot. They were very busy too and the food was still hot. Good job to the crew that night.

Finally found a McDonald's that can get an order done properly and it be fast and got. Just wish they cooked their fries another minute or so

I always just get a happy meal for the kid.

Went through drive through and ordered. My son wanted a cheese sandwich. Told them I wanted nothing except cheese and a bun. No meat, condiments, nothing. Cheese and a bun only. When I got to the window to pay, i told that lady as well. She even went to the kitchen to tell them. Got it and it was still wrong.

I had an unusual request while in the drive through and the staff went above the expected answering service. Thank you deandra and Jada. You deserve a raise. Js

The last 6 years I haven't had any problems with food. I think they need to train more on the coffee area. I do not go inside because I would of been threw the drive threw twice before someone helps.

This McDonald's is my go-to because it is close to my job and quick and easy, I am a familiar face even though they don't know my name, they always smile at me and I've never had an incident with my order being wrong. Very friendly staff and I especially love when I see Ms.Jenkins and we have our quick small talk . There have been a few times where my fries have not been as good and had a really bad taste to them but they would fix it for me with no problem. It is a fast food restaurant and it's bound to happen sometime but they're always happy to fix it for me

Double fish filet is top tier!!

They were nice, my first time going to this food chain and they helped find the meal I wanted. I talk really low and she did her best to hear me the first time and they got my order right which barely happens with fast food. Food taste great too. Didnt have any juice but the juice is amazing so I can't blame them.

Love the burritos in the morning, but ya better get here before 9 or they're sold out!

There was a really long line at close and the workers very well could’ve told the people ordering at 11:01 who had been waiting that they were closed but they let everyone finish ordering and they were super polite!

The ladies behind the counter were extremely nice and helpful! One of the ladies went above and beyond. She packed a little bag of creamer and sweeteners when she realized I was headed to the hospital with the food and coffee. The kindness was so very appreciated!!

They can woek on hot good and the lines are always long I k ow the drive thru time is high cause they are slow

Cashier's need to be more friendly, and say thank you and have a great day.

ALWAYS a glutton for punishment, much to my chagrin my wife likes to call me a martyr, I went BACK to the same McDonalds an hours later (moving 10 miles down the road, daughter said "We should have gotten milkshakes"...its the closest one and righton the way). Pull up and order 1 large milkshake and 1 small milkshake. Attendant responds "we don't serve milkshakes in the morning" to which I replied "its 1245?!"..."sorry, the machine is down."

Serves me right, should have banned that location the first time...it is now ;)! #mymoneymychoice, lol.

Sorry, just relized this review request was on the Russell Parkway McDonalds (NEVER had an issue at that location)...AFTER the 96 McDonald's blew it 10 minutes earlier

Great customer service! They are consistent in great service with a smile.
