Great service and the staff was professional as well as the lobby was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious

It's always hot and fresh. Never have to wait to long. Very friendly

The employees seem to care about their job and I rarely have a bad order. I can't rate the atmosphere because I've never actually been inside.

Alvin was a kind and engaged employee who really cared about our drive-thru experience. Talked sports while we waited for our fries to finish up! Can honestly say he was one of the best McDonald’s employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Great Location. Food was fresh, fast, and hot. Nice employees. Bathroom was clean-ish. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Recommended.

Some girl with purple hair gave a friend and I the best service we've ever had from a McDonald's in the area. They were closing down soon, but we were given fresh fries, and sandwiches anyway. You go girl! Thanks a bunch. 😎

We stop at this McDonald's once a month or so when we are passing through the area. I've always experienced pleasant employees and hot, good food. I find in most establishments, the music is so loud that you can't have a conversation with the person next to you, but this is not the case here. It was nice and relaxing.

Fast service, order was correct. Filet o fish was fresh, big Mac was...a big Mac. No wait really, and the line was long, but moved pretty steady.

Gets busy for breakfast as any McDonald's but has an order kiosk to avoid the line and gives the extra benefit of having food brought to table.

This McDonald's does it right. I came in for a Sausage Egg McMuffin and a hash brown. The hash brown was dry and crisp to perfection. The McMuffin was toasty and popping with flavor. The window service was polite and friendly. Great job McTeam!

The food is always consistent and good at any Mcdonald's--I hate waiting til 10:30 for a burger (but the burger is worth it). What saddens me at the State and Jefferson street local in Rockford, Illinois, is the treatment the employees give to the homeless itinerant. There are many people in Rockford, Illinois, who are in hard times. Employees must realize they represent the business, not their own need to one-up or act significance at the expense of a person who can't defend their right to be—customer's hate-watching bullies in action.

The man working the drive thru window was very kind. He even double checked our order before giving it to us.

Pretty friendly I order it was fast and accurate however I did not eat during major food times like breakfast lunch or dinner it was pretty clean inside and that's pretty nice considering most places that are fast food when it's dead almost all the tables are dirty I never quite understood that but this one was clean which I like.

I waited at the counter to order. Waited 5 minutes or more to be waited on,while everyone was taking care of drive thru. RIDICULOUS!
