Ethan was amazing, Very friendly, patient with explaining car issues with me. Made me very comfortable while I waited for my car to be done. Reasonable pricing, and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going there for years, I trust them with all my vehicles.

As good as it gets in auto repair and integrity. I'm from Hudson, Illinois and have an elderly family member that lives in Rochelle .His truck broke down unexpectedly. He Was able to limp it to the Shop for repair.

Initially we believed the transmission had gone out of it and didn't believe the 2005 Nissan frontier with 180k was worth fixing.

After some time in diagnosing the issue we learned it wasn't the transmission but 2 clogged catalytic converters, an oxygen sensor, and some other minor repairs and reprogramming. They took the time to honestly repair the thing Instead of just giving up and junking the vehicle which would of been very costly for an elderly person to replace.

As you know even used vehicles these days are very expensive to replace, and we knew the repair history on this vehicle so it was worth saving.

In short they saved the vehicle owner thousands in replacement vehicle costs just because they had the knowledge and patience to fix a vehicle worth saving. They also unselfishly donated some time and discounts to a 73 year old man who worked his entire life without ANY government assistance until he was hit by a vehicle several years ago.

These people renewed my faith in mankind and the American spirit of kindness and gratitude to their fellow man.

If you are looking for honest work and repair integrity at a shop who understands what it is to be part of a community, this is the business where I would gladly spend my hard earned money.

I have followed Ethan from his location in Oregon, to this location in Rochelle. My work schedule makes it difficult to get anything done during working hours. Ethan has always made sure that any service that’s needed, it gets done. They come and pick my car up and drop it off when it’s done. It’s so nice that I can trust them with my car and not have to stress. And they always check to make sure everything is in good condition before bringing it back. 5 stars to Ethan and his crew!

Ethan was wonderful he really tried to get my issues fixed with the warranty company. I will definitely be going back to get work done again.

Oil change on a Lincoln MKT went well, and was about $20 more than the high volume/low customer service places you see on the corners, but Ethan the manager takes care of his customers!
Mechanics provide fine services.

Only place in Rochelle I’ll take my work vehicle. Replaced my tires and gave me the exact tires I needed. Ethan was fantastic.

My car broke down on my home from Iowa to Wisconsin and I just took a shot in the dark on where to have it towed. Butitta Auto had a good rating so that’s where I decided to take it. Ethan was very communicative with me, understood my situation and made sure to get the repairs done same day so I could get back home. He was nice enough to send a tech to the hotel to pick me up since I couldn’t seem to find a Lyft driver. The tech was very nice too (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name). I had a very good experience with this shop.

Ethan & his crew did a great job analyzing the problems with my Dodge Caravan & Toyota Camry. They fixed both at a fair price.

Hello bought a used car, needed expertise on the model
. The people were very cordial and nice. All questions were addressed and i left feeling i could let go the worries.

We picked up a piece of metal in a rear tire on the interstate. Ethan was professional and even though it was late in the day they got us back on the road quickly. The technician, Jonathan, even reset the car tire pressure settings after the repair. The cost for the tire repair was less than I would have been charged at home. Prompt friendly service at a low cost.

Got me back on the road and back to work when my starter burned up among other things during the deep freeze mid January. Absolutely recommend them.

Ethan and his mechanic fixed my brakes and did a great job. Very courteous and helpful.

I brought in a vehicle that was partially taken apart and Ethan didnt bat an eye. Got it towed in and fixed by the next morning and was very professional about it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back there myself should the need arise.
