Chad, the Manager, went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner car and delivering top-notch professionalism and reassurance throughout the process. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, personable, and genuinely kind.

Prescott Ford is a rarity of Dealerships nowadays. They are truly honest, transparent, and Hassle free. With NO hidden fees or Mark ups like these other Greedy Dealerships. I can Honestly say have have never had a better experience before until now! The whole Team there is great but we had Rob Jasper as our salesman and was completely happy with his Professionalism and Hard work towards our 2023 Maverick order! He was great at answering questions we had and if there was something that he didn't know. He would follow up in a timely manner.
Also want to give a shout out to the GM Chad Young. Even though he was filling in for the Finance manager while they were on vacation. He knocked out paperwork in a timely fashion and even got us better rebate deals then we had. Once again with no Mark Ups, bogus fees, or tricks.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Stopped in here to check out a used Chevy Colorado for our son. Professional staff and very nice. They were not pushy and addressed all our concerns with the vehicle. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ben was great. Completely opposite of my last experience with their competition in Rockford. Worst car buying experience ever at Rockford competition is what brought me to Rochelle.

Updated: I can back 6 years later to trade in the car I bought from Rob ready to upgrade. My boyfriend also came in to get a vehicle. Rob got us on 2 new SUVs and did all the work to make it happen. It was such a a smooth process and will be back for future purchases!

Called Ben before visiting and he was more than happy to help answer the questions I had. Came in for a test drive the next day. Car was in amazing condition and Ben was fantastic to work with. The service team at Prescott Brothers, Mel and Barb did a fantastic job getting the transmission covered under warranty along with the rest of the team at Prescott Brothers. I normally dread buying a new car. Dealing with the salesmen they can be so pushy... Not Ben he was amazing I had gone a couple times looking at different cars and he never got impatient with me. He is not your normal salesman! I definitely recommend him and Prescott dealership they are all great!
