No overnight parking. Check in at guard shack and get the assignment door with then. Keep you doors close and slide the tandems all way to the back. Walk to receiving to leave the paperwork. Your check out will be with guard shack. Pay attention at light, the unloading will be done at second green. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers.

No overnight parking stayed at the TA arrived at 6:00 a.m. put me right on the Dock and unloaded within 45 minutes the world will be a better place if all the docks were this good!

This was by far THE BEST shipper I have ever been too. All the staff were friendly. I wish every day in trucking was like this!
Their system to get you in and out should be implemented everywhere.
Drop lot to the immediate left of the entrance.
Ready trailers on the same row. Plenty of space to manuever.

Arrived at 16:30 for 17:00 appointment. Gave me door right away and got unloaded in about 30 minutes. Good service

This facility and the people are wonderful! Would absolutely not mind if I had to come here a lot! They genuinely seem to care about taking care of truck drivers and getting them back on the road so let’s make sure we are respectful and not ruin that for us.

One of the best Americolds I’ve ever been too. Check in with guard is easy and the girl there was nice. Turn reefer on to 0°. Slide tands and open doors, back into dock, check in at R/S office (again nice people). Then they’ll call when finished to come get BOLs, guard will check seal then be on your way. I wish my company did ALOT more business out of this DC. Oh and the space is huge!

Timing is everything, if you go here make sure your apt is after 4pm! I showed up 1 full day early and they worked me in when they didn't have to. Polite and kind hearted staff, shining a light in a dark world. Thank you Americold Rochelle. Keep up the good work. As for all us drivers out here let's start acting and dressing professionally. How can you expect to be treated with respect when you don't respect yourselves or others, and for Gods sake leave the flip flops in the truck and throw on some shoe's or boots.

They load my truck so fast but they took a lot of time on the entry gate but well behave staff they gave me paperwork just after they finish loading it’s took only 40 to 50 minutes for Enter the warehouse and leave that

Excellent facility to unload at, no issues in and out fast

My app 7:30AM, I was there 4:30AM really fast unloaded around 30min. Security and office guys polite

Arrived 30mins before the appointment time. No issue, Quick unloading within 2 hrs. They have restroom as well but no overnight parking. For overnight, truck stops(pilot, petro) are 10 mins drive only from warehouse.

Arrived 1230 for a 1600 appt, loaded and bills in hand by 1730. Nice people, clean facilities, all around a nice place to pick up from.

Very easy place to dock. We were lucky that it wasn't crowded at the time. It did take longer than expected to get loaded, but it wasn't unreasonable.

You need your tandems back and you leave your doors shut here. That was nice since it was raining.

Typical 2 hr loading time. Not a bad place. Guard shack is currently down. You go through the gate park in a parking spot by door 23 and check in at there little shack. Check in takes between 10-15 mins. Slide your tandems to the rear they open and shut doors from the inside of the building. They will call you when your paperwork is ready even if you get a green light they will call you when you paperwork is ready. Drive safe drivers!!

Friendly people from the guard to the office staff lady was polite gave you proper instructions and was out in 1hour and 30 minutes this was just being unloaded no over night parking truck stops not far from the area

I was suprised that Americold was able to get me unloaded in 45 minutes. Thought I was dreaming lol.
Arrived at 6:45am for 8:00am appointment on a Monday morning.
Got door right away, and unloaded right away.
Petro and pilot only a few miles away with plenty of parking.

appointment was 17:30. They give a dock early was done in about 2.5 hours.
