The girl at the counter who helped me was very nice. Even though the screen menus are down it was still easy to make an order.

We ordered a Large Mocha Frappe on the app. Normally it costs $3.79 but the app usually gets you $2 off and the total was $1.92. This makes it considerably cheaper than the Starbucks equivalent. I always joke with my wife and tell her it's just "a chocolate milkshake with caffeine". While it's really delicious I often wonder why the outside of the cup is ALWAYS sticky. Who wants to drive with sticky hands?

Chose to eat my lunch at the galena st. Location in Dixon il and as I was pulling in I instantly was regretting my decision as I witnessed the influx of students from the Dixon high school. I wished I hadn’t deleted my phone app to order but went in anyway. Yup, the lobby was packed with students waiting to order, so I decided to saddle up to the remote kiosk and place my order. Low and behold, 5 minutes or less my order was called up. I Was impressed. Additionally, the staff has handily processed all of the students that had migrated there for lunch before I was through my first sandwich. Then the second and third wave came through and were processed before I had finished my whole meal. Granted I took my time to watch how seamlessly this McDonald’s staff worked through the glut of customers without a hitch. My hat off the the owner/manager for excellent planning and training of her staff and the self respect the staff had for themselves to work that well.

I dont really know what the rest of the reviews are on about, but the staff try their best to go as fast as possible when its usually busy some people just dont have any patience

I'm new to the area and I would like to say, they move pretty damn fast! Where I'm from( Atlanta) you would wait 30mins just for fries. The store wasn't that clean but my food was hot and correct!!

Brand new, love the new order screens, and the all of course!

Says open 24 hours. Must be closed between 11pm and 1140pm Oct 3rd 2021? Seems kind of weird

Great customer service! We brought a bus in and they had no problems in serving everyone efficiently. The staff was very friendly as well!

James and his crew doing wonderful job in this location in first time I got fresh and delicious fries thank you please keep that positive attitudes go Mc family😘😘😘

As expected. Just be careful when ordering coffee. The mix up between black and regular.

We used the self ordering kiosk. My son enjoyed it.
