The UPS Store

I go here often for shipping. Never an issue. In and out pretty quickly. A little longer during holiday time as expected. Really like the new self service Amazon return desk. It really speeds things up. Easy parking. Just went back again but this time the girl had a bad attitude for no reason. I will not take away stars for one bad apple. I normally have a great experience.

Liana was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. USPS was not interested at all in trying to help me ship a package. She helped without an issue. Next time I need to ship something I will definitely skip the hassle and USPS and come to this store.

Customer service.

As banal as that sounds, every time I come to this store, the employees, despite looking like they're still in middle school, are utmost polite and attentive, never making me stand and wait.

Whenever I am in there, mostly with Amazon returns, the staff is always friendly and more than willing to help if I needed a label printed out or have an issue. Great customer service which is lacking now in so many places.

Always good service and very helpful. Needed a notary public and the young men at the desk was beyond helpful i also needed a box and he put the box together for me and explained what sizes i can use it. Thank you!

Everyone in the store is very helpful, efficient, and the customer never has to wait long.

The staff is friendly and they work pretty fast to get you checked out and or when they are helping you

I have had a UPS box for over two years
in Las Vegas. I have had my mailbox
here in Bristol for six months and I just renewed for another six months. The staff here are efficient, kind, consistent/patient and

The UPS is inside the advance Auto part location. I thought the GPS brought me to the wrong location. I wish they had a big signage indicating that it's a UPS drop-off location as well.

The best shipping experiences I have had taken place here. There is on gentleman who's been working here forever im not sure if he's the owner but you can definitely tell he cares about the business. They will even fully pack your merchandise here. I'll never go anywhere else by choice

Wow. These people, know exactly what they are doing and have great customer service attitudes. So friendly, informative and kind. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Joe, was quite helpful. He helped me with my package. Joe made sure, i understood the process, what he did and why. Just wish the owner of the complex, allowed more signage for this store. I have worked retail for over 9 years. This time of year, can be crazy. Especially when it comes to shipping items.

This is to bring to the kind attention of the senior management of UPS, that I happened to visit the store a couple of days ago. Mr. Joe Ginnerty who works there happens to be very dedicated and professional employee. He stayed well beyond the working hours with me, made sure that everything was taken care of in a very professional manner.
His dedication really impressed me. Besides the store closes at 7 PM. We left at 7 :35 PM that day. Not only that but he also dropped me home. He has a great work ethic and should be rewarded for his diligence & honesty.
I look forward to doing business with him in the near future again.

Cashier (Joe?) was extremely nice and personable. He found a weak spot with how my package was taped and offered to fix it. He also gave me all the relevant information on when my package would arrive. Couldn't be happier with my experience, especially after getting the runaround at the nearby post office.

Friendly staff and speed of services. Always top notch
