Starbucks

Our visit today was easy and fast. My son wanted a hot chocolate and I needed to grab a gift card for my wife. The service was very fast and there was very little wait time. They handled everything with a smile. the facility was very well maintained, stocked, organized. Overall, the visit was flawless.

Starbucks always hits, but I was disappointed that they were out of boba pearls yet still charged full price for the drink made without them. It was good, but definitely would’ve been better with the boba. The counter person also oddly mentioned they were out of boba straws also.

Most welcoming place I’ve ever been! Kris Gabbi and Heidi are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever had to pleasure of meeting! I come everyday just to see their faces! And they make my drinks perfectly every time, no matter what I ask for ❤❤❤

Really like this place. the coffee is always super delicious and fresh. the Baristas are always amazing. just all-around great coffee place and I'm absolutely I'm a huge coffee fan

The ladies working today were above and beyond kind to me. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. I thought I’d try something new and what I ordered turned out to be more of a slushee than a coffee, totally my fault. I went in the store when I realized and asked to purchase a new drink and explained my mistake. They made me a new drink, free of charge, based on what I explained I wanted. I was having a tough day and this seriously made me feel better. A bit of caffeine helped but the kindness of strangers goes so far. You are so appreciated! Thank you!

I've been going to this Starbucks for most of my youth and it's the best. Great atmosphere and amazing baristas!

A little hard to get to, but the staff is friendly and fast.

It didn't matter that I disliked my drink, so the 5 star rating is all about how great the service was. Long line went fast, but better yet the young woman that served us chatted with us while we waited at our turn, and her hospitality seemed sincere....so wish I knew her name to give her personal credit!

Staff are awesome! Went in the other day and was served by the wonderful Heidi, a beautiful smile with friendly service. would absolutely recommend.

The baristas here are always courteous even when the place is very busy. The line moves quick enough and everything tastes like you'd expect from a Starbucks.

If you want to make their day, bring your dog through the drive through and they might give your pup a small treat.

Super friendly service on 4/3/23 @ approx 1 30pm. Thanks for the whole left side of the menu and not making us share a straw :D And the drinks were on point!

The whole family loves Starbucks, who doesn't really. Always timely with our order, never any mistakes unlike some other coffee shops. Was amazed by the World Cake Pop.... WOW! Great job! 👍

This place is pretty cool, i love having conversations with the baristas when i can and our company buys a lot of our coffee from them (can't survive without the macchiato.) Its typically super busy but always fast. They make it a point to ask how your day is going and are never not smiling. Its pleasant.

After 6 months of coming intermittently, I think I can safely give this locale a 5 star rating. All in all, one if the most consistent Starbucks I have been to. If something doesn't taste right, they replace it too. That has happened once, and I was made more than whole. Two thumbs way up.

My wife and I use canes. The place was relatively busy when we walked in but the staff was amazingly helpful and kind, bringing our food and coffee to us. Nick was awesome. Chris was great
Probably my best Starbucks experience ever

We always have great experaninces at this cozy location. They spark small conversations. It's important to me to get eye contact rather than just saying my total and I get it every time. They even greet my daughter and remember her when we come in. Very happy with their service.😊

Best Starbucks I've been too so far, I went to get my order and I getting the money ready to pay $11 and I never knew who it was but they payed for my order and I was so surprised that I forgot to ask who it was but this was the best Starbucks I've ever been so far and the batista who attended me was so kind so I really recommend this Starbucks

This store must get the most business in Papillon. I don't think I've ever driven past during daylight hours and not seen at least one car in the drive thru, usually many more.
I say this because I want to point out that the baristas who work here are some of the most hard working people and still do it with a smile and fast service.
And any customer who is unfamiliar with this store should just bring patience because the line in the drive thru is not the baristas' fault.

I've been going to this Starbucks location since they opened and love the staff! ☕☕☕ I remember a few years back when locations were shutting down. This location hadn't been opened for long and I was thrilled when they didn't close the doors. ☕☕☕
