Best buy has all the electronics I need! Customer service is great and fast! I always come to this location for all my needs! I greatly appreciate whenever I do not feel like stepping out of my car and they bring anything to me! I just use the application on my phone and bam! The transaction is so smooth!

Highly recommend this best buy best service I've ever had at this location. If u need assistance contact Brandt he's super nice and friendly and looks out for his customers. He's also super patient all best buy employees should look to his example

Didn't think I would be out and about Black Friday shopping, but I really needed a new headset for my Xbox Series X. So I saw they had a Steelseries wireless headset on sale for $99.99 from $199.99 and decided to venture out to get one. I was pleasantly surprised how orderly everything was and easy to find. The cashier was very polite and professional. All around great experience. Thanks!

Pretty busy store. Some of the associates are very nice and helpful. Best buy is good place to shop if you can get the item on sale. They do price match with other big retailers.

Update: I went to best buy about an exchange for a defective item. I was really happy about the service I got today. Sandy was the associate and I believe Gloria was the manager who helped me. It's the employees who actually makes the difference. I wish best buy really value great employees like them.

There were some good deals on washing machines and microwave ovens. There weren't many microwaves displayed, so selection may be limited. Staff was visible and available.

Stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon and was immediately greeted and guided in the right directions for my trade in situation. I was helped by Nusaiba located in the geek squad department! (literally the sweetest person and so knowledgeable) while I was waiting for my trade in to charge up fully I went to go browse and find my new one. Mark helped me decide which series to get that would best fit my needs; best sales pitch; no pressure and got me in and out super fast! Applauding them for their amazing customer service skills!

We had to come to this store after a fruitless visit to a prior Best Buy.

Interestingly, this store had a line out the door. When we finally got in, we found out the limits were not due to capacity limits, but the store simply wanted to ensure each customer was served by a staff member.

Our wonderful staff member took us to what we were looking for and proceeded to help locate staff. She was with us from the initial welcome to the payment area. As a result, we felt we had all the attention in the world.

Great Best Buy!

I really enjoyed seeing mostly full shelves with lots of options here! The store was clean and organized. The customer service lady doing the returns was horribly grouchy. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt though because it was about a week and a half after Christmas. So I'm sure she was probably tired of doing so many returns. My only other complaint was trying to find someone to help me. That was a much bigger chore than it should have been.

Xavier was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped me pick out the perfect laptop and answered every question I had :)

We have been shopping at Best Buy for years. Service has been no to good to great. This visit the service was awesome. Shopping for a computer, for me, is difficult enough, especially when you know what you want the PC to do but not what each model is capable of doing.
We had a awesome store associate help us choose the PC for us. He asked questions of what we needed and made a solid recommendation and it was on sale. Could not be happier with this transaction. No problems, no pressure and no gimmicks.

Went to buy headphones and got something pretty good. Nobody could offer practical advice on headphones and with Covid you still need to be careful with this type of product if you are trying them on. At least I could judge them for comfort.

I always prefer going to Best Buy to look at one I’m going to buy before I take it home. I prefer purchasing from here rather than online. But be careful if you return a lot of items here they put you on a watchlist.

Went in today to grab a couple items. Sept 1 only 2 days after flood. While in the store I was approached my 3 different employees asking if they could help me. I took 2 of them up on their offer. I was surprised how knowledgeable and courteous they were. 1 helped with Bluetooth headphone. The other with cable. The last one even walked me to checkout and check me out himself. All were clean cut, respectable and communicated very well. Not the norm for big box stores. Great Jobs Guys!!!!!
