Indy Card Exchange

I recently discovered this gem of a trading card store, and it's become a regular spot for me and my friends. They have an exceptional variety of cards, from sports to Pokémon, all at really good prices. Whether you're a seasoned collector or a newcomer, you'll find something that suits your interest. To me, the standout feature of this store is Shane. He's phenomenal – his knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness make every visit memorable. He's a big reason why we keep coming back. The welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere he fosters is really unmatched! I'd say anyone into trading cards or thinking about starting a collection, I highly recommend this place. The combination of their selection, pricing, and superb service (especially from Shane) really makes this store a special community hub for any card enthusiasts.

Let me start by saying this is my favorite card store I have ever been to. I live in Illinois but do a lot of work in the Indianapolis area. I happened to stumble upon this gem while driving and I am very glad I did. Every time I am in town I make a point to stop there.

Here is why I think they are the best:

1. Prices and selection - they have a wide selection of cards from all sports. Their pricing is right in line with any store on online site. They accommodate those who want to buy cases, boxes, individual packs or single cards.

2. Grading - Not only do they offer a great price and multiple options to have your cards sent in for grading they offer great advice. I've done the research and their pricing is the best. The $2.00 per card is WELL WORTH the price to understand approximately where your cards will grade. Kevin is a surgeon when it comes to reviewing cards and can save you money and time. I had two identical cards and I am glad I sought his advice first to select the correct card to send in for grading.

3. The atmosphere - it's a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Positive vibes only and everyone is excited for you to pull the next big card. Although I have not attended they do all kinds of events that look like a great time. Everyone who works there has a passion for the hobby and you can feel it when you are in the store. It's a great place to ask questions and learn more.

Such an awesome shop. Great place to have cards checked to be graded or buy wax AND RIP at the sweet Micheal Jordan bar. Kevin's a great guy and has incredible card handling skills! Been visiting for about 2+ years with no bad experiences. They do literally everything Sports Cards & Mem. Very competitive if not very best pricing.

First time visiting this card shop and had a great experience. They gave me a very fair price on a card I traded in and I used it to help buy a Mantle. Great atmosphere and great selection and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back soon.

We lost what I thought was the best card shop around back in Illinois. That all changed when we came to INDY CARD EXCHANGE. Staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, all of the them, in particular Sean!! We ripped some 2023 Panini Absolute & Phoenix FB Hobby boxes and picked up some other cards.

Took our 8 year in with his binder of Pokémon cards because he wanted to see what they were worth. Very friendly staff, one guy went through his binder with him and showed him which were valuable and which were not or fake, he also showed him how to detect fake ones and answered all his questions. Very impressed with the customer service.

I'm from Richmond, been there 3X now, always a great experience. If I owned a card shop it would be set up this way. Very nice, helpful friendly staff. The tall older man Dave is great!

Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. They are all enthusiastic collectors so they share the same excitement as anyone else does. They are very friendly and really good about answering questions. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I travel over an hour to come here, because best shop in Indiana. Shop is clean and has lots of events for kids and anyone in the hobby.

Stopped by the shop because they were the closest that is doing the MVP buyback this year so thought I’d stop by and see what they had. Had a great selection of cards and staff was extremely helpful. I was looking for some Kobe, Ohtani, or vintage Clemente cards and they had all three but they just so happened to have just put out a Clemente/Mays/Aaron NL leaders card graded in a 6 that I’ve been looking for the right deal on for months now. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even shared a great story of a memory he had watching Clemente as a kid. Gave me a great deal on that and another Clemente card I was eyeing. Will definitely be doing business here again!!!

Great atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff. It was my 1st time visiting the place and I felt they were honest and reasonable, and very helpful for a collector/trader standpoint, and would highly recommend to any card enthusiasts, and experience the place personally to respect it fully!

Awesome card shop!! Everyone is super friendly and they do cool stuff for the kids and promote good grades etc in the kids club!! My sons and I have become regulars.

Been to the shop a few times and it’s always a great experience. Very accommodating no matter what, I would go out of my way just to go see them. They are a perfect example of what a hobby shop should be like. The people working there clearly love what they do and it shows. I recommend Indy Card Exchange to beginners and experts alike!!! Incredible shop! I've been collecting since 1990 and this is by FAR the best shop I've ever visited. Matt was great very helpful with my singles. Had to rip a box on the MJ card bar. Loved seeing kids in the shop running around happy brought back memories. If you like cards this is the place! A must see they have it all. I added alot of MJ to the PC today. Thanks again.

I first starting going to Indy Card Exchange several years ago when they were in the Nora area. They have always been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Today, I had a grading consultation with Kevin where he reviewed about 13 cards for me. At $2 per card, this is an amazing service they offer. Kevin was thorough and gave an honest assessment of his opinion on if certain cards should be sent off for grading. I ended up sending 4 of the 13 cards. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, I would have sent all 13 on my own and that would have been a huge waste of money.

If you are considering having cards graded, make an appointment with Kevin!

Indy Card Exchange is beyond elite in every way. Of course, they have everything you could need as a longtime hobbiest or if you are just casually starting out with sports cards. Always have the new releases, hobby boxes, megas, blasters, awesome selection of vintage boxes as well, in great condition. What I love most about Indy Card Exchange is the culture and environment. All are welcome. This is not a place where longtime card collectors and their egos run the place. This is a place where it is all about the love for cards. No matter your age or experience. The guys who run the shop are awesome human beings. They have such a great kids program with monthly giveaways, incentives, etc. to help the next generation get into the hobby. This shop has refueled by passion for card collecting and everytime I walk in I have the nostalgic feeling of what card collecting is all about.
