My overall experience was awesome, my membership was only 25 dollars from a special, then the bulk buying opportunities are excellent. For less than a 100 dollars, I almost got a months worth of food. Great place to stock up

I asked a worker in the wine section where to find protein shakes. When I got there he was right behind me to help me carry them because I did not get a cart. (Because I went in to compare prices to Costco). Thank you again, Matt.

I visited this evening, and I wanted to say I encountered an employee tonight her name was Bri and she deserves a raise! She was an absolute delight. If everyone could be like her, the world would be a better place! Thank you Bri for just being a kind person!

They brought my order out quickly and were so accommodating. I didn't have the app, so I had them look up my order number.

I love shopping here despite how busy the location is. The selection is great. They treat the members really good and yearly membership pricing is great and affordable. I recommend checking out this location 😀
I do recommend downloading the Scan and Go application to eliminate having to wait in line and also if you are a Plus Member you get early access before the rest of the public. I haven’t had a bad experience and I have utilized Curbside as well. But my favorite is Scan and Go for both groceries and gas highly recommend!!!

Sam's Club is always a great place for great prices, and the quality of meat is also top-notch. Always enjoy just snooping around and shopping.

Employees were very nice and friendly. I found a few good buys.

The Sam's Club staff is terrific! You can ask the butcher to slice up a cut of meat, if needed.
The plants that come in are great quality, including the tropical house plants. I always buy the potting soil. All you have to do is ask up front for help loading it in your car. Bakery items are plentiful and delicious. We always buy the fresh rotisserie whole chickens. They are seasoned to perfection, juicy, and a terrific value at $5 each. They usually have a lunch batch and a dinner batch of them. Sometimes, there is a wait on line to get one for dinner. They are very popular!

I saved so much money on my first visit alone!! The Cafe has unbelievably delicious food for a very low price. I'm so glad I joined the club! I ordered my membership online and then stopped at the counter to pickup a card! I get a free additional cardholder on my membership.

Just had an awesome experience at Sam's club Optical shop on E 96st. The service was outstanding, the staff so friendly and professional. The price of my glasses was unbeatable and the frame assortment was impressive.
PleaLase visit this wonderful location. You will not be disappointed.

Big difference between weekend and weekday crowds. Come early if you need dairy/ deli/ produce. Recommend using scan-n-go if you want out quickly.

Great prices at sams. Use scan and go at the pump also. Sunday am good time to shop. Not too busy. Just a warning Sams club does not open even 1 min early. No open early on Sundays for plus members.

I would recommend anybody use the scan and go option in the app so you can avoid waiting in line for 20 to 30 minutes.

My favorite Sam's Club. Always clean and well organized. Easy in and out on 96th Street, with convenient access to I-69.

Although the store was crowded today the staff helped us find things we were looking for the checkout Lanes went very fast the cashier's was real nice and when got to the door to show your receipt that young lady was very nice also. A very pleasant day today at Sam's.

The scan and go is great fast checkout and is always well stocked. Maybe a little less re-stocking and equipment use before closing would make it easier to shop as isles were closed while equipment was in use. Gas was also cheaper here.

Clean, organized and well stocked store. I was able to get all the products I frequently use. It looks like logistics have gotten better. I want to get praised to the guy who is in charge of roasting the chicken. He puts great care serviceing the public. I don't know what it's like other than the 1/2-45 minutes (I'm in the store for a hour plus) that I'm there on Sunday waiting on chicken but the part I see he needs a little help. I still believe that Sam club is the best wholesale company in the business and I shop there every week even if it is to get Roasted Chicken.
