Laundry Connection

While visiting Louisville, my son made a mess of the car seat. Had to use a laundromat to clean it and Laundry Connection was recommended. The facility was well equipped and the staff was very friendly. When a piece of the car seat went missing in the washer, Jessica was extremely helpful in trying to retrieve it. She really went above and beyond in my opinion. Overall, the facility was clean and everyone there was friendly. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Place wasn't packed and it was pretty clean. I'd definitely do laundry here again.

I have been a regular customer at Laundry and Tan Connection since 2017. They have, by far, the best tanning beds in the city. I recommend the monthly VI.P package which includes your choice of 15 or more beds and booths. It also includes sunless spray tanning in their brand new Versa Spa state of the art sunless spray machine. And as if that weren’t enough you get great discounts on all the latest fine tanning and after care lotions. The salon/ laundry mat is extremely clean and their staff is always respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is one particular employee that is a cut above the rest. He has been employed there I believe for a couple of years now. If I have any concerns or questions about anything I always speak to him. He’s always quick with the correct answers about any new products,beds with the newest bulbs etc. I’m pretty sure he goes by Dre and is a wonderful asset to this company. As I read some of the reviews on here about people leaving their clothes in dryers all night during busy weekends then blaming the employees for their own lack of responsibility I can’t help but laugh. There were a few reviews about the business being unclean. In six years I’ve never once seen anything that wasn’t clean here. And there was the person who complained about their card being on file and being mistakenly charged. I’ve had my card on file there for a couple of years at a time and never had 1 negative experience. I really enjoyed the review the lady wrote that came in at 11pm to start doing laundry ( they close at midnight) and complained that there was no free popcorn even though they advertised this. Maybe next time she should call in advance and make reservations at the last minute because I’m sure they had probably ran out of popcorn and couldn’t accommodate her. These people that write negative unwarranted reviews must really have too much time on their hands. By far the best was the girl who thought someone was watching her when she tanned and warned others about this. Maybe she should either take her meds before tanning or stop taking them because I believe that’s called paranoia! I have never even had that thought enter my head during 6 yrs of frequently patronizing LnT Connection. Sounds like some former disgruntled employees because one even mentioned “her friend that used to work there” No ifs, ands, or buts, this place is awesome. I’ve even used their laundry facility for large items like comforters and things that won’t fit in my machine at home. Another great experience. How can you begin to compare best beds, prices, discounts, cleanliness, the quality of staff, and hours that accommodate any schedule? There simply is no comparison!

I go here to tan. On your first visit and month of payment you get fifty percent off the products so be ready to spend to save money later on lotion. Always nice and the only thing I recommend is hooks on the walls. For clothing and purse storage instead of the ground.

They stay busy as well as the employees. It's a very clean laundromat, and as a bonus all machines work. Only negative is homeless guy wanting to help you for a few$, or get taxied somewhere, not cool

Clean place , me and my kids go there to wash and dry. They have heavy loaders and heavy dryers. The workers could be a little nicer. But good place to wash an dry

How do the fabric softened dots connect? Is the synergy between time and place inexorably woven together like so many strands of woolen thread? Is that my sock? What indeed is this.....LAUNDRY CONNECTION!?

A bunch of machines to pick from, mainly cheap , the ppl that work there will help u out super kind. They got a lil machine that turns your bills into quarters so your ok if you end up bringing only a $10 bill. love washing my clothes here fr fr

I love the bed and the staff are awesome but I really think it's allot of money for a tanning bed I guess that's part of it still my favorite place to tan or do laundry free coffee and popcorn it's great. Very clean

Been coming here for 7 years. Always clean, nice facility, machines work well. Employees are pretty friendly. Can't complain at all, especially after seeing the horror show that other places can be.

Am a tanner which they have the best beds. My washer went out took my laundry with me to tan and that side very clean as well nice washers and dryers. All around a wonderful gem of a find.

I just love this place it's clean and on campus where plenty of campus security around. Customers are cool there is music, games, tvs and best of all a tanning bed while you wait for laundry. Staff on sight at all times in case of a problem. They fix it no loosing money. Best laundry in town.

Clean great tanning beds

Decided to try this laundromat location after visiting a few others. Figured I'd post a more in-depth review since there wasn't much about the laundromat on here. It was very clean and well lit place and they have a decent selection of coin changers and laundry items if you need anything. As for the machines, the normal washers were pretty fast at 31 minutes a load and the driers only take 14-21 minutes max to dry everything. They also had the industrial washers/driers if they were needed and lots of folding tables. Prices were also fairly cheap compared to many locations, so you definitely aren't overpaying here. If you didn't bring something else to work on they have new TVs and other stuff to do as well. All in all, this is a pretty nice laundromat for the price.
