My husband and I love trying burger places and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the Cajun, Aggie jam, and a regular cheese burger. Everything was very flavorful and cooked exactly how we ordered. We also tried their beer cheese for our fries and tater tots and that was also delicious. The service was on point, fast, and everyone was very friendly. HIGHLY recommend, best burgers in Davis hands down!

Reuben Sandwich was really good. The Tots were fried well and crispy. BLT was tasty, but could have used more Bacon :)

I normally don't go out of my way to get a nice burger; usually just call it a day with In-N-Out. It's been a week since I've eaten here and I'm still thinking about this burger. Thick, cooked to the right temp, topped with fresh veggies and crispy bacon. The fries were crispy and fluffy on the inside. The high ratings don't do this place justice; please just come here and see for yourself.

I ordered catering from Tommy J's for an event, and they were so easy to work with! They were very responsive and worked with a wide array or dietary needs. Everyone loved the lasagna's from the catering menu (we had one of each kind), the garlic bread was delicious and the portions were great. They included all of the utensils needed to serve the food as well. The vegans loved the Beet sliders too. Thank you for a successful dinner menu!

This was my first time at Tommy J's as I was in town for a family matter. I met some friends there to have lunch and visit. Overall hada great experience. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly and it was a fun atmosphere. If I'm ever back in town, I'd definitely eat there again.

The food is simple and delicious. The quality of the food is superb, very healthy for all groups. The chicken kebob is my favorite. Staff was awesome and very welcoming

I had the firehouse and it was the craziest burger I've ever had. The avocado, blue cheese, and Frank's hot sauce is a wild combination of flavors. Definitely worth a try, but it's not the best burger I've ever had.

The burger was massive and kinda soggy, so it's a really messy to eat. I've never felt more American in my life while eating that monstrosity. The fries were great though.

Great burgers and fries! We got the Cali burger and the Blue buffalo, both were amazing. Right now they're open for take out and have some limited outdoor seating.

Juiciest burger in Davis, tops Burgers and Brew any day. Don't have to wait long when dining in to get your food. Great fries and onion rings.
The only thing I regretted ordering from here was the chili dog. I'll spare the details but it didn't agree with me. It was tasty but eat with caution.

AKA Froggy's. Best burger in Davis area. Had a mushrooms n'swiss burger + tots. Absolutely amazing. Lots of burger choices and cooked to order. Had to order at the bar and only one bar staff so can be a bit slow if there are a lot of patrons.

This place is amazing. They have the best burgers in town. My son says he has had burgers in most small towns in california and says Tommy's is the best.

Love this tiny place. It appears to be an old fashion bar/restaurant and perhaps it is. Nevertheless, the food is yummy! We've had their burgers and corn beef sandwiches. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. Fries are the best in Davis.

Tommy Js provided food and drink for our backyard wedding during the pandemic. We planned on using them as our caterer for a big event but of course that didn’t pan out. They managed to prepare 9 different meals for us and had the food ready on time, warm, and still tasting delicious as always. They even decorated the little to-go cocktails containers for us. Such a nice touch! I love all their food. The wings we had were amazing. I always inhale the fries and have DEEP feelings for their new beer cheese sauce. The cucumber gimlet is delightfully refreshing in our hot weather. We love this place, everything on the menu, and the service that comes along with it. Thank you for being so amazing! We love Froggy’s/Tommy J’s and recommend them for anything from weekend brunch to big scale catering. Much love to the team there!!!
