McDonald's

McDonald’s was holding a 2 for 6 deal for a while, but it ended today, unknown by me or the cashier in the drive through, and I couldn’t afford both sandwich’s full price so I asked them to scrap one of them. In the end they gave me both of the sandwich’s to make up for the sudden disappearance of the deal, made my day!

Great example of McDonalds, big fan of the management and staff and the only place in the area that's open as late as they are. Bathrooms are always exceptionally clean and I've had too many excellent experiences with the employees being awesome with my kids. Would definitely recommend them for that if nothing else. Food is also always actually fresh and when there's a wait for something they actually tell you.

Food is always fresh they actually use both windows which is a great thing, that way the person handling your money isn't handling your food. Sometimes the lines are long but they move pretty fast it's usually because they give youth opportunity to work and it's a lot of people's first jobs I respect that

This review was originally going to go a completely different way, but thanks to the amazing customer service, I'm giving this McDonald's 5 stars.

Here's what happened:
I ordered my meal on the McDonald's app, got to McDonald's at 4:30, and checked in. I usually have to wait a few minutes, but this time, I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for my food. I finally decided to call the restaurant, and a woman answered the phone. When I told her that I had been there for over 30 minutes, she gasped in shock. She asked me if my order was just a diet coke, because that's what was on the app (she thought someone had already brought it out to me). I told her my order (medium double quarter pounder meal and a 10 piece chicken nugget). She said that she would be out with my order shortly, and would refund me. Now that already changed my mind about this review, but what happened next was mind-blowing. She came out with my order, and a full cash refund, but I noticed the size of the soda was a little big to be a medium. When I got home, and took the food out of my bag, I was right. She upgraded my order to a large. It only gets better from here. Along with my upgraded order, she included 2 apple pies for free. Remember, she also refunded me for my original order.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I received. I wasn't upset with the people who work there, I was pissed off at whoever created a half-assed buggy app, but that has nothing to do with the incredible people who work at McDonald's, so 5 stars all around.

They might mess up an order here or there, but to have the incredible customer service that they have makes up for everything, and then some (literally)

By far the best experience I've had at any McDonalds. They pay attention when you order and are very polite. My order is great and neat every time.

One of the better McDonald's in terms of speed and accuracy, it's exactly what you'd expect from the chain, nothing more or less. Happy it's in town for quick bites for the kids.

Quality, efficient service...plenty of distance between pay and pick up windows...no time spent waiting in a line....food was fresh and as expected....staff was polite and friendly!

McDonalds is obviously a pretty big fast food chain, and it is amazing. I love their new glazed tenders, its spicy, delicious, flavorful, appetizing, delectable, delightful, distinctive, enjoyable, enticing, exquisite, and other synonyms of delicious.

Good old classic McDonald’s. Service is great and the staff is always kind.
