This was our second purchase from the store and couldn't be happier. Went and needed a bed. Purchased a bed 8 years ago from the same store and same manager (Todd). Got an extra $500 off our purchase price for being a past customer. Everything was AWESOME! Got the bed the next day and free delivery and haul-away of our old bed.

Turns out the mattress was a bit firm for us. Went back, tried a different one. Called Todd and it only cost us $89 to swap them out...had to cover the cost of their sending the mattress back to the manufacturer. Also, got it the next day!

Outstanding service and they don't nickel and dime you. "Sticker" prices are not always the cheapest, but when you consider all the add-on charges from other places, they are very competitive.

Will never buy a mattress from anyone else again! Overall a fabulous experience.

We had a 5 star experience with Todd! Haven't had to shop for a mattress in a while so we needed an education and we got it here. Todd was very accommodating letting us try numerous mattresses. We found the one we liked and it was delivered right on time for our Thanksgiving company. We felt the price was fair, but just to be sure we did a little price comparison with other competitors in the area. Bed Pros had the lowest price for our particular mattress. The delivery team was excellent as well. Great job from start to finish!

Went bed shopping for a new mattress. Tried Mattress Firm down the road, but their selection for reasonable-priced mattresses was so limited. Came here, and my partner and I were treated very well. The worker was helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He showed us options in, above, and below our price range so we could make the best decision. We got the mattress the next day. The delivery AND the haul-away of the old mattress and box spring were free. Excellent place, excellent customer service, excellent options, and excellent prices. Would definitely shop there in the future!

My wife and I just went through a financial re-adjustment. She is also going through a disability that requires us to upgrade our bed sooner than later. I walked into their North Tampa Location on Dale Mabry Highway just to compare prices. The sales person I worked with was very attentive to our needs, took his time with us. Then next thing I know, I'm putting a bed on lay a way. He did everything he could to assist us to get the best deal. I want to thank all of you for a great buying experience. I highly recommend them to everyone.
