They Hertford me fix my issue in minutes but it was a issue where they had to send me out a new watch head which I got that breech Monday and I sent the defective watch head back sane day.

Taryn went above and beyond even with multiple customers in the store. She is awesome and got me in and out! Was a very pleasant experience 😊

In and out within 15 mins. Brennan has excellent customer service and knows what he's doing

CJ was great! He was attentive and explained everything to help me make the best decision for my plan.

Went in to upgrade a couple of lines on our plan and was helped almost immediately. Connor took a lot of time to answer all my questions and made sure I had the products I was looking for.

Have gone in a few times to switch phones out and they have always been helpful. I’ve heard some horror stories about Verizon but so far it’s been all good for me (besides them trying to get you to buy the hottest new item, haha)

Employee - Steven- has been a very big help. He came up and help me file a claim I needed help with. Just made it really easy and quick, good customer service and polite.

Joey was amazing! He was so very patient with me and my husband in the purchase and transfer of phones. Don’t lose this guy. He’s the very best!!

My phone was over 3 years old and developed a problem. I had purchased insurance, and the agent got the phone replaced at no charge. After I received my new phone the next day, I brought the old and new ones in and a different agent set it up and transferred my files and contacts. Absolutely perfect customer service.

Darius was AMAZING!! Yesterday last minute right before closing, we came in distress needing a new phone asap, we got connected with in minuets! The whole time he had a positive attitude, he has very helpful knowledge, answered all our questions with patients. I’m so glad I switched and Darius helped us!

Spoke with a Verizon representative on the phone last month. Wanted to drop a phone line that was not in use. (Old flip Phone) Was told we had to wait till the end of the billing cycle. OK we will wait. Woke up this morning and they had shut off the main line on the account. What the heck!!!
Called and spoke to a representative on the phone for over 40 minutes! Got nowhere. My husband called and again no fix. We were told to go to a Verizon store. Went to the store closest to our home waited 20 minutes only to be told we needed to go to a Corporate Verizon store. Arrived at the Corporate store on River Road.
No wait at all and the gentleman straightened out our phone situation in about 10 minutes. I'm sorry we didn't get him name. The guy was awesome 👌

Fantastic customer service! I needed to purchase a new phone after accidentally dropping my phone in the water during a hike in Zion. Kyle was a godsend! He was super knowledgeable and helpful—walked me through the phones and plans and got everything sorted out once I decided on my purchase. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

The team at this Verizon store is incredibly helpful and go out of their way - including staying 40 min past closing time - to ensure they take care of the customer.

I’m stationed overseas in the military and had to come in 5 min before closing on a Saturday for help with a complicated bunch of issues: switching out overseas SIM cards, reactivating lines, changing phones, and addling a line to our family plan all at once.

They were friendly, took great care of us, and went the extra mile to ensure our phones were set up properly. I really appreciate it!

I am not sure why so many people wrote such bad reviews. I am glad I didn't listen. I decided to go in and everyone that helped me was professional very nice and very knowledgeable. Tiff was great so sweet and the manager was wonderful very helpful. darn I can't remember his name I want to say Jake. So don't listen to other people that had a bad day or want something for nothing. Remember these people just work there they don't make the rules. I will be back. The only thing that I don't agree with is all the hook up fees if you already have the service like my phone but very happy. Kelly Hayes

Dakota was the most helpful sales person we have ever been to. He made our buying experience wonderful! Had a little trouble getting set up once we got home so the next day went back in and he got us all squared away. He was very knowledgeable and POLITE!

They actually listen to and help us get the best deal, not just sell us the biggest bundle! As we walked in, a kind gentleman open the door, heard what we needed (even though that wasn’t his job), didn’t give us a number, but told us someone would be with us in just a moment.
Then Mike was with us shortly. He was so personable, listened to our situation then talked about our best options, not telling us what we had to do. It was like a breath of fresh air after our experience just minutes earlier at the Verizon store on Sunset.

My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone. Teri met us at the door and put us in the queue. Kyle became available pretty quickly, given how busy they were on a Saturday afternoon. Kyle was great. No push, just found out what we wanted and got us hooked up and happily out the door in short order. I've generally had great customer service from Verizon which is why I've been with them for right around 20 years. Good to know I can count on more of the same from this location.
