Dunkin'

I love this dunkin donuts there us one woman there who works the morning shift who is so kind and cheerful! She gave me a specialized drink today mixed with cookies and cream and heath. I love her energy whenever I go there.

As soon as I entered through the door I was greeted by a really nice young lady. I didn’t have to wait or anything and she took my order right away. It was done in about 2 minutes maybe even less. I sat down for a couple minutes and the line started to build up and she was still greeting customers and making sure everyone got their order right. But it seemed like the line was never ending and it seemed like she needed a bit of help. Although she handled everything with a good attitude and without getting frustrated, this establishment should definitely hire at least two people to work in the morning and two people to work at night.

I gave 5 starts because I am a dunkin donuts lover. Dear owner, I will appreciate if you can talk with the new staff at that location because it's unfair to have all these chairs flip over these tables at 5:45 pm while the store closed at 7pm. These bad habits recently started Wednesday the 25th of January. ItsVery unfair to go sit outside after your purchase in this kind of weather.

I never seen excellent customer handling and fast service like this store before . I will be happy when I got service from this store’s employees.

Great service today, as the manager greeted me a warm smile and Isaac who helped was very kind, had great customer service and the hibiscus 🌺 tea was absolutely to die for.

(October 15, 2021 at 8:00am. First time here. The breakfast was good as usual. This location however was smaller than the previous one's I've been too. The customer service was ok. The timely manner in which the items were served was ok as well. If I'm in the area I would go there again.

Called them for estimate to change locks on my front door. Operator who called himself John give me a great price over the phone, an hour later technician showed up, fully equipped with several locks for me to choose from. Long story short i paid $220 for 2 brand new locks,installation and service call. I love yo deal with people who's not trying to rip you off and actually stick to ti prices they quote. Thank you John for such a great costumer service. Love you guys :)

There's a lovely Portugese woman whom i believe is named Nelly who works there...she's delightful and hard working...always has a smile...she also makes a killer cup of coffee...she clearly cares about people...that's a wonderful gift in today's troubled times for someone to take the time to be pleasant to every customer no matter how busy it gets. Because of the service she's given me i will stop there any chance i get...and i will tell everyone i know about this location.

I orderd 1 bacon sandwich with egg and cheese, 1 bacon and cheese sandwich.1 medium coffee. Loved the sandwich, but fiance complained they didn't put enough cream in his coffee. Though they have sugar out for the public they don't have cream. Love their glazed doughnuts too.😄

The staff is very friendly.

The staff here are soo friendly and service here is really fast. Location is convenient as it's directly across the street from silver spring subway station/transit center
