OMG! The biggest party city store I've ever been in. The cashier was so helpful and pretty! I love her attitude and personality. We need more people like her. (Wednesday @10:30) I love the help and how the store has everything I want love love love it! Thank You!

Great customer service! Do not like web site online, terrible customer service from online order. In the future I will only shop local stores. Folsom & Citrus Hgts we’re both very helpful with my grandsons 1bday party supplies. Including the return of some extra items not needed, issued re-Fund! Thank you folsom Party City!

A very well stocked store, lots of Halloween stuff out due to the Season. Reasonable prices for your party supplies. If you need plates, napkins, cups and balloons to all match for your event, this is the place.

Attentive customer service from the manager on shift 8/10/20 at 4pm. She helped with a return and purchase at a time when the other staff were not able to handle multiple customers and calls coming through. I am happy with my experience. Also, the selection and cleanliness/organization of this store far exceeds other Party City's I've visited recently. Good job!

Do you need a place to shop for your Halloween decorations? Please go to the party city folsom. It has a lot of options on costumes. They do have costumes on clearance as well with good options. The staff is super helpful.

Outstanding customer service!! I placed an online order to be picked up in store. I didn't check the items in my bag until I got home, my fault I was running around. My inflatable was opened and used when I got it out of the bag. No biggie right? Just order another one and exchange it. Well they didn't have another one in store but they did track one down at another store for me. The manager went to the other location on her day off and brought it back to Folsom so I could exchange it. How awesome was that?! I love this store and they have excellent employees.

Great selection. Very reasonable prices. However, I have observed that most party items (excluding costumes) are available at Dollar store for lesser. So if you're determined to save some money, you might first want to check out your local Dollar store.

This location is much smaller than I am used to, but I am so glad I took a chance! They always have everything I need even when the bigger Party City's are long out of stock. Total hidden gem!

Great costumes and party supplies.

I recently placed a big order with party city for my baby shower coming up and i had to leave a review. The online website was acting up and the customer service number or email was not helpful. I finally called my local party city in folsom and i was blown away with the staff. I was able to come in and use the kiosk to order. The manager diane was an absolute angel. She helped me get a discount for shipping and complete my order. I had two other girls checking in on me and making sure i had a smooth time. Diane then again helped me today get ahold of someone to check my order and make sure it was being sent correctly. Diane went above and beyond to help me and was a sweet heart the entire time. She kept me even through being anxious and pregnant calm and took all my stess away. I am so happy with her service i will continue my buisness here for all my little ones celebrations. Diane deserves a raise hands down

They were able to create a last minute balloon bouquet for us, no problem. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. There was a great selection of Halloween costumes and party favors.
