Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I would recommend Hand and Stone! They do an awesome job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. Their customer service is top notch as well! The past three times that I have went to either get a facial or massage, I have left feeling great and pleased with my services.

I called yesterday desperate for a massage to release some tension and discomfort in my back. My mom is in the hospital and I am sitting bedside 10 hours straight. They were able to get me in later that afternoon- my therapist was great, the lady at the front was super helpful and accommodating. I wish I could remember names of who I interacted with. My therapist was Ja’mai or something close- and I remember Janet was up front- but I don’t recall the other lady that was so helpful. I even booked another session for Tuesday evening- already looking forward to it! The waiting area is very spa like- I highly recommend this location!

I received a gift card to Hand and Stone for my birthday, booked my appointment and it was absolutely amazing!! I had a facial and cryofacial. I was more relaxed than I have been in a very long time! Sarah is amazing! She goes over everything before she starts. You can tell she loves what she does!
If there were 10 stars I would definitely hit them. It's very relaxing when you walk in. Everybody makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!! I love it so much I became a member!! Looking forward to everything that is to come!

Never have an issue with coming in, Morgan always makes it feel so welcoming. Emma is my go to therapist! She is so attentive and so soothing that I almost always splurge and get an extra 30 minutes! I literally just had a massage and am ready to schedule a second one today that is how much I love this little spoil!

Very nice establishment! First time price was very reasonable which is why we came here. All of the staff were very polite and very helpful. My wife and I got a couples massage from Saviria and Jamil and we enjoyed every bit of it!

I was a bit nervous and apprehensive after making my first appt. However, as soon as I walked through the door, I immediately felt at ease. The atmosphere was very inviting, and after meeting Sarah my nerves relaxed. My experience was wonderful and am looking forward to my next appt. Thank you!

I love my time at hand and stone massage. The front desk clerk was wonderful. She took care of me until my person was available so she could personally introduce me to him. Mr. Wade was great. He explained everything he was doing from the beginning to the end. Once he finished he gave me recommendations for next time that would better fit my need.

Better than Massage Envy! I’ve visited some of the local spa’s and my favorite on Hillcrest closed down a while ago. As much as I’d love to frequent the spa’s regularly… I love these options for an affordable way to incorporate self-care more regularly and invest in myself. I also love that you can conveniently book last minute, late at night and over the weekends. I had an awful experience at Massage Envy in Daphne when I booked a new therapist last minute for my first 90 minute session. I’d saved up for it… definitely needed the stress relief. She was incredibly inappropriate from the get go, forcefully pushed me on the table making me feel trapped while flirting with me when I didn’t say a word to her other than hello & I was like ugh… am I really gonna be annoyed by this woman for 90 minutes? I wanted to walk out and complain at the front desk… but I was in sheets and I was so afraid that she would lie, & try to point the finger at me. I love that Hand and Stone has a rescue button for both customers and employee safety. As much as I loved the affordability factor and my regular girl at Massage Envy… I immediately cancelled when the management did not believe that the lady was out of line. Management didn’t immediately believe me… which left me stunned and at a loss of words… simply because it was woman obnoxiously hitting on another woman. I won’t call her a massage “therapist”, but the employee tried to give me her number at the end, which was enough said. They refunded my massage after I explained thoroughly how inappropriate she was to protect them from losing other clients. I tried so hard to be kind and brush it off, but it was the most annoying stressful experience and a waste of money. Don’t go to Massage Envy unless it’s Ivy! Kennie at Hand and Stone was wonderful, friendly, amazing at conversation, so relatable and really great at alleviating specific areas of tension and pressure points that I hold as a classical musician. Highly recommend! I’m so glad Mobile has another spa option 🤍

As a transplant from New York, my idea of a Spa is much different from what the other local chains have to offer, which has been disappointing. If you are like me, feeling like you were missing something a visit to Hand and Stone is a MUST! They have truly conceptualized what a real spa should look and feel like! From the moment you enter the door the atmosphere is serene, and the front staff is friendly and welcoming. I had a facial with Sarah and its difficult to put into words how incredible the service was, from start to finish. She started by discussing what I felt my problem areas were, what my skin care goals were and what I was hoping to achieve from the session. With limited formal knowledge of facial services, I was happy to let her guide me as I trusted her expertise and was very pleased with the outcome. As a nursing mother only 4 months postpartum I am nervous about which products I use on my skin, and Sarah was extremely accommodating to that and explained every product used and its intent. She was able to pinpoint some gaps and issues in my current skin care routine and make recommendations I could be doing to mitigate some of the things I was unknowingly causing myself, like over drying. In addition to the facial services, in between each “step” I received the most wonderful upper body massage. I left there looking and feeling refreshed without the feeling of being rushed or pushed into making additional purchases. Overall the staff and spa exceeded expectations and I will definitely return as a regular customer!

I got a facial with Katie today and she was great! She was very knowledgeable about my skin concerns and had great recommendations for my skincare. She recommended the cold stones and they were amazing as well! I am from Atlanta and just moved here and have been disappointed in other spas but I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The lobby is very inviting, and the fountain is very relaxing while waiting on your service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about services and products. The massage therapist was very thorough and communicative. I went in with shoulder pain, and he was able to relieve the pressure points, and I left feeling much better! Overall a great service, and I will definitely be back!

Emma was great! Got me in quickly and used the whole 50 minutes on the massage. Highly recommend! Especially with great deals. Front desk ladies were super sweet too
