Starbucks

Late hours make it convenient. Service very good. Never had food at this location, but Starbucks food is very uniform from past experiences in other locations. Dessert is generally preferable. There are no longer any seats, tables or restrooms after the remodel though it looks great. So please be aware of this if either is needed.

Very lovely and nice staff, we love all the new lavender flavored items…hot/cold all of them!

I mobile ordered and simply picked up my coffee.I usually get a Blonde Vanilla Latte. ALWAYS delicious. Very consistent. Staff is hard working and never behind. They seem to work well together and have a good time also. It's nice to see employees getting along...and smiling as they greet
customers. Not easy being happy thru an 8 hour shift...I live in San Bruno but work brings me to Menlo Park...I could go to the San Bruno location, but to be honest, I do prefer THIS location because of the staff.☺👍🏻

This Starbucks is located in a busy shopping center, which makes this location quite busy as well. Peak and off peak times, you will usually find a line to wait and customers sitting around. I prefer to place a mobile app order for pick up. Which usually has a line, too. They get the orders out in a timely manner, and I'm always pleased with my frappuccino and espresso. Clean inside and maintained. A variety of starbucks tumblers, cups, and mugs are available for purchase.

Great vibe on an early Saturday afternoon. My mobile order wasn’t available so had to order at counter. Barista I had was great and wonderful energy and great smile. Glad I ordered in person. Will definitely come back. Didn’t get name but she provide exceptional customer service.

The service was excellent.
The staff was very polite.
We stayed for over an hour and never felt rushed to leave by the staff.

Joanne the manager always brings life to her store, she is welcoming, cheerful and so kind.

We came at night just before closing. (Pro Tip: If you arrive after 9pm, they won't have any teas left because they dump their teas at 9pm as a health precaution.) Even though they didn't have much left, the friendly staff was helpful and listened to what we liked and wanted to order, then they gave us suggestions about what drink mixes we could make with what they had left.

The Starbucks in San Bruno is always accommodating and probably one of the best Starbucks in all of the Bay Area. I use this location for many meetings and sometimes just to get some quick work done. The staff there are always accommodating and work together well as a team. Thanks for running a tight ship and keeping the place together. Oh yeah one more thing, the bathroom is almost always perfectly clean!!

I've been a customer here at the San Bruno 24hr. Starbucks for over 20 years. I didn't realize it until I downloaded my bank institutions app that I was being charged double for my coffee. Not only that, I was being charged for coffee vente, when I wasn't even in town. Just waiting for a solution from Starbucks. If not, my bank will delete the funds for the past 10 years. I still like this particular Starbucks.1212 El Camino in San Bruno. Not even upset. But please accommodate you patrons.

My latte was perfect, my food was heated to perfection. Between mobile orders and the 3 people in the store it was just a little slow. But nothing I couldn't accept or understand.

The guy making the drinks is awesome, he was very likeable and did his best to get you in and out the door. I came here for two weeks during my stay and i loved it. One girl that works there is half alseep when i go and has a bit of an attitude, not a morning person i think. I would def recommend this starbucks though!

Only Starbucks open 24x7 in the Bay Area outside of one in Daly City, and two in San Francisco; Powell Street and California Street (which is actually closed for 2-4 hours early Monday morning).

It's never empty but seats are always available. Appears college students congregate with their laptops at long tables. Smaller round tables are also available. Despite the number of people usually present, it tends to be quiet similar to a library.

This Starbucks has everything, it's got all the sandwiches cold ones, hot ones. Way more than almost every other Starbucks I've been in. I had the reuben sandwich and it was absolutely great. I wish there were more Starbucks like this with all the items.

The coffee and all the drinks are great and most of all the food items are very good. And I salute Starbucks for donations to the underprivileged that need food and opening there restrooms to the public. In the area I'm at it is tremendous help. Thank You.

Wonderful staff. There is almost never a wait. They know what they are doing and get your order out quickly. A great place to enjoy a small breakfast and study.

Super fast, friendly service. I was very thirsty and asked for a recommendation - the peach green tea lemonade was amazing!

Nice place to gather with friends. It's busy, loud and fun. Drink was so good, it was halfway done when I arrived home. 😁
