Staff was polite and smiling and the cappuccino I got was good as well.
Didn't use the interior space as I was on a walk in the morning but they got the job done quickly and without any complaints.

Pink drink with coconut milk and two scoops strawberries perfect for a warm weather day! Quick & fast service! Staff members were all very nice!

I went here to purchase merchandise because a friend told me they had items that I wanted in stock. Staff was extremely nice and helped me round up all the things I wanted (I bought a bunch of stuff.) I drove away thinking everything was fine, but forgot that I didn't look at the tumbler I got. The tumbler ended up having scratches, so I came back to return it. Staff was very friendly in returning the item even with the pandemic. They couldn't do an exchange because I bought the last cup in that style, but I asked them to do an even exchange for a different item with the same price and they said yes. Whoever was the cashier, and what I was assuming to be the manager, were awesome! I don't live around the area, but if I was passing through I'd definitely stop by here again.

Always come in to get my hot cup of coffee or ice coffee, frappuccino, Carmel macchiato, tea or hot chocolate. Many varieties to choose from. I enjoy a breakfast meal, a warm lunch, snack or some oatmeal and yogurt. Love Starbucks.

Ordered an apple crisp macchiato~best drink I’ve had from any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The barista, Asia, was very nice and made my drink perfectly! :)

The location is convenient and baristas were friendly. They have good selection of pastries and I like their cold brew.

Just what you would expect from any other Starbucks. You go there, order your drink. And chill. Cool thing that happened to me here is I lost my phone there once and one of the employees found it and placed it in the lost and found for me to pick up.

The staff here are very nice and when I mobile order, my drink is almost always ready right away! I like coming here because it’s never too crowded and it’s very convenient if I’m near San Bruno.

Placed my order online, all ready in a timely manner and super-corteous. Also, a big plus: their restroom was open to customers!

Nothing negative to say about Starbucks. However, the staff and service at this Starbucks takes it to another level. I'll miss this spot when I move.

Out going working staff.. Always busy but never to crowded to stop in and grab a white chocolate frape extra thick.. Im there every Saturday Morning!!
