Every staff member very helpful in porting over numbers to my ATT account. Jonathan was patient, super courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in understanding issues, systems navigating and facilitating multiple phone conference calls. Great customer service!

I went to the Asurian San Bruno phone repair to have my cracked screen on my S22 Ultra fixed. I talked to Rose and she told me that it would be done in 1 to 1.5 hours. When I returned, she showed me my phone which looked just like it was new. She also explained to me that the person who repaired my phone previously did a horrible job. This was one of those kiosk repair deals.

I could not have asked for a better representative/repair person than Rose. She explained things throughly and was very concise.

I was having a problem with my phone and went to another AT&T store - they did not listen to the message I was receiving. I came to the store in Town Center and they were very helpful. Justin actually called my phone and listened to the message. The problem was fixed by a software upgrade.

I went in to cancel with AT&T. However, after dealing with the sales rep. I forgot to get his name,i stayed with AT&T and upgraded my phone. The sales guy was amazing and Phenomenal. The other sells people that were there were quick to help as well, highly recommend them.

Diego went out of his way to make sure I was happy the new phone that I chose. 🙏
Virginia worked tirelessly to find me the right wireless and internet service for my home and business. 🙏🙏
Even though my installing tech Daniel does not technically work from this location, I will shout him out anyway!
Daniel was able to do a full install on the same day. He was meticulous in making sure the fiber line was run just the way I wanted it.🙏🙏🙏

In summary, I 100% recommend AT&Ts professional in store representatives,field technicians, hardware, and fast Cellular and Fiber performance. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m under my fiancé’s account but I absolutely love this store! Customer service is nothing short of amazing! I’ve been to other places and all they think of is making sales, but this AT&T store in San Bruno, CA took very good care of me and my situation. From the moment I walked in Cathy greeted me with a smile, very kind. Fernando assisted me with my long transaction and not once did he look annoyed or irritated at how much time I was taking. He took the time to even build rapport with me. Very grateful to decide to come into this store and not any other! I even got to meet their Lead, and manager. They work as a team, and that’s what separates them from other retail stores. Fernando you are awesome! I’m never calling the customer service number for assistance, I’m coming here!

Cathy was the person who helped me, she was amazing the process was long and boring but she maintained it with great conversation. I had a great experience with her!!!

Juan is amazing!!!! He sat with us for over an hour and helped us figure out why our SIM cards weren’t connecting. He sat with us while we were on the phone with the old company and helped us even set up a line in another state. He’s amazing! Thank you guys so much for everything!!!!

Employee Justin was very helpful with getting my phone number transferred to my new phone. The whole process took 5 minutes and I got my problem resolved immediately.

I had a bad experience at the Daly City (Gellert) store so I decided to go to the San Bruno store and boy I’m glad I did! Service at the San Bruno location is way better! Maxine was awesome, she answered all my questions and concerns about upgrading my phone. I would highly recommend her! Thanks Maxine!!!!

Diego the sales associate is the person who help me. I have a problem for my monthly billing business account. He was able to solve the problem for me . I’ll say Diego is very helpful and very nice to the customer even though you don’t to ask he’s willing to help.

The customer service name Cathy is really great and awesome by helping me to solve my problem regarding on how to pair my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 13 and set up my songs in my car. She’s great.

Maxine is great. Her Customer Service is supreme. I am pretty bad with phones and technology but she helped me with all the questions I had. She set up my phone fast. I will definitely come back to do this store to do business with Maxine. Entered store in a good mood and left with a great mood with more knowledge for my new iPhone then when I arrived.
