The UPS Store

Honestly quite surprised to see such a low rating (2.2 as of 02/21/2024). I use them exclusively for Amazon returns and have had nothing but a smooth and friendly experience. I come prepared with what the instructions from Amazon say and it couldn’t be easier/faster.

Have been going to this store for years and have always received excellent service and have never had a problem with my packages arriving safely. They are a very busy but efficient store. On our last visit, a very unreasonable and belligerent customer came in, and even though he was being very disrespectful, he was treated calmly and with respect. Would highly recommend this UPS store.

The lady that works in there is very kind. Every time I go there, she helps me very patiently with everything I need. And she always has a smile on her face. That’s definitely my favorite UPS store, and honestly the only one I go.

I've been doing most of my shipping here since 2016. Also notary services. Friendly family-owned business.

I don't agree with the 1-star reviews. I never experienced or witnessed poor or unfair service. Are the owners smiling from ear-to-ear, every minute of the day? No, but they're super consistent; always there (ALWAYS) and efficient (when customers are prepared).

My wife and I have been using this store for the last twenty years.
The husband and wife owners are always a pleasure to deal with and will go above and beyond to help.

The people at this UPS store have always been kind, professional and efficient. They have helped me send packages within the United States and even to Thailand a time or two. Great service.

The couple who run this store are super helpful. Tonight I came by and they helped me with the labels and taping up my boxes. They have a computer available to use if needed and charge a nominal fee for it. I am happy I found this store. They are also open much later then most other UPS stores within a ten mile radius. That says a whole lot. They accommodate the customer Well. I will go back to them again in the near future.

I've lived here over a year at this point, and process any returns I have at this location. The lady who works there has always been helpful. People who have reviewed otherwise were probably the problem. You know, people tend to treat you the way you treat them. Just sayin'...

I’ve never had an issue with my Amazon and documents I sent internationally. Over 20 transactions and I haven’t had any problems with them. I think Daksha is the name of the lady, and she’s been nice to me even after I made a mistake and she had to redo the label for my package.

Printing is costly, I’d go to Staples for that. Amazon packages might be costing their business that’s why they’re rejecting some of the larger returns? I doubt they make money off our return packages. Who knows.

As per their tardiness, I cannot comment since I only go midday to closing.

I have been a customer of this UPS office for about 5 years. The lady and her husband who run this UPS office are very devoted to this job and to people who visit their store.
They both have such a caring personality .

May Lord protects them in this difficult time of the pandemic, as they’ve been responsibly working so hard to serve their customers.

The lady clerk gave most ridiculous customer service ever over tape for crying out loud. In this line of work maybe you should consider striving for excellence versus doing a disservice to your customers who you are supposed to service. Don't go to this location. Trust me. I would give zero stars if I could.

Clean, little to no wait and the gentleman working there was very personable.

I've had a mailbox here for a few years. Zero problems. Great service. Always a pleasure. I use this store for all my shipping needs. Seems like the reviews are violently positive or negative, but I really can't say I've ever found a reason to complain. I appreciate this store and the couple running it and am glad it's part of our neighborhood.

Used this UPS store for Livescan fingerprinting. Owners were very friendly and accommodating (I needed 3 separate scans). The technician explained the process and answered my questions. Awesome :)

Great Service! I needed to return Amazon rented books. Just printed out the labels at home, brought them in, and they took care of packing and everything else for me. I just had to pay $3 for the box and that was it.

Best UPS I have ever been. People are really nice here and helped me a lot. They got off work super late for help me with my trouble. Thank you very much! I will come here again if anything that I need later.

My husband and I have had a personal mailbox here for three years. It’s pricier than having a P.O. Box at the Post Office but their care of our shipments and their customer service has made it worth it for us.

Past five or so Amazon return visits, and one faxing request have all been quick and smooth with friendly service.

They were very helpful. Courier reached the destination on time and without any issues. Thanks to the lady who work in this store. She was very helpful
