Burger 21

I’m a picky person when it comes to eating burgers but this by far is my favorite and only place I’ll order a burger. They always ask how we like it and if it’s medium/ well done which ever you choose they’ve gotten it correct each time which has been one of my reasons why I’m hesitant with order burgers. The staff is always nice and always greet me when I enter which puts the mood light. They also have many sauce choices to choose from I highly recommend trying the sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow sauce!

Excellent counter service burger place. The menu included a good variety of burger toppings and even included vegan burgers and shrimp burgers. We both had hamburgers, see the photo, and loved them. The counter people were very helpful. You order and they give you a number to place on your table. The fries are thin and I loved them. They also had great sweet potato fries.

I had ordered Burger 21 a couple of times at work and was surprised by how good it was. After dining in for the first time, I had to leave a review because of how exceptional the burger was. I think plenty better than Shake Shack, Five Guys, or any other chain around here. Their patties are thick and oozing with juice. At the same time, they have a nice crust. Deep, savory, beefiness.

You can choose the temperature and I got mine medium with lettuce wrap instead of bun. They choose the perfect combination of stocky and light lettuce leaves, which is great for crunch and structure. It was probably closer to medium rare, but I didnt mind. Wanted to keep it light, so just got one double. Great delivered, amazing in person.

I am always impressed with staff, cleanliness and taste of the food here! We love coming on the $9.99 burger/fries Wednesday special! This is a great place for families and any kind of taste pallet. They also offer milkshakes and alcoholic beverages.
Management is always on point too - I appreciate their generosity towards community events!

This man brings a vibe to the restaurant like no other. You could be down in the dumpster feels but this man can light up your day like a comet in the empty vastness of space. Now onto the food, espectacular, props to the chefs in the kitchen making the magic happen. The burgers were well prepared and cooked to perfection. Now, I don't know what company is supplying y'all with the sauces but please keep getting them. Great stuff, if you haven't been yet then what are you doing? Get your burgers at burger 21 right now. Had to take one star out for one particular employee that doesn't seem to put her heart into the job but she was the only outlier, everyone else was cheerful, gentle, and respectful!

Oh man, great place by the Dulles Town Center. Wide variety of burgers (beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian) with different meats and combinations. Fries are potato or sweet potato. Drinks are either bottled or fountain. The hand washing station at the entrance is a clever and unique touch. Kudos Burger 21. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Great taste, great customer service, great decor and ambiance. I expected a bigger burger for the price. Overall it was a good experience. I will be back. I strongly recommend. Good for the whole family. 👍🏻

I’ve been going here for years. This spot is my go to for burgers in the Ashburn/Sterling area. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the bacon burger. The fries can be hit or miss, but when they hit they are out of this world.

Personally I was on the fence between 4 and 5 but she made the case for 5.

Good options for toppings, burgers generally cooked right, staff always really nice, great sweet potato fries, salad and lettuce wrap options, prices are reasonable for this type of joint (~$15/person)

The manager is very accommodating and helpful. I’ve only gone to this location a few times but have always been met with good service up at the register as well as the people bussing and bringing food. Cheesy Wednesday there’s a deal for a cheeseburger with fries for $10 so this is my regular Wednesday lunch! Food is amazing and fresh and fries always delicious!

The best part about Burger 21 is they let you modify any burgers with Veggie Patty. Being a vegetarian, it's always hard to find variety of burgers. But Burger 21 doesn't disappoint you at all. You can get any style of burger with Black Bean Patty or Impossible Patty.

I have tried Monterey , Buffalo Chicken ( replaced with Black Bean Patty ) , BBQ,
and Black Bean . All of them turned out to pretty decent. They best among them were Monterey and Black Bean. If your not so much acquainted with BBQ sauce. It may feel soggy. But still won't disappoint you.

Burger was great. Sweet potato fries were awesome. Fried pickles were really good. Nice place to eat.

Just wow. The blue cheese Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing! Everything made to order so it was very fresh and had a great crunch. The Thai ketchup was sweet with a little heat and is soo good!

This is one of my all time burger places. Right up there with Stone Cove's Kitbar, Shake Shack, Good Stuff Eatery, and Bobbie Flays. This place offers all types of "burgers" including beef, chicken, turkey, veggie and seafood! They also have a fascinating selection of sauces to include toasted marshmallow...yes as a sauce and apple cider, thai, chipotle, honey mustard, ranch, bbq all at your disposal. Now you can't leave without a shake so save room even if you have to split one with a friend. We had the Smores shake and it was quite possibly the best thing ever! I tried the Monterey chicken sandwich which was lovely and had a taste of the blue burger which was also delicious. Go now!

I love going to Burger 21 for nearly every occasion. I always get a Bacon Cheesy and some onion strings, and it is always 10/10! The burgers are always juicy, and the service is nice and fast. I highly recommend their limited shrimp burger! It tastes just like a sushi roll.

We come here because we have layover for a night so we decide to get out of airport and eat.
Food is great. The resto is super clean and neat.
Staffs are cute and gentle. Thanks to the guy tried to help me get my drink after I failed doing it myself.

You can never go wrong with anything that you order from here. Service is prompt and the fries are amazing. Do yourself a favor and download the app...once you go here once you will be a repeat patron.

Just visited for the Wednesday burger special, $9.99 for their cheeseburger with fries is a great deal, choose your temperature and make it happen! Everything is juicy and the fries are crispy, flavors are exactly on the money. We will be back!

Awesome burgers and wonderful service from happy people! Love this place. Don’t forget to order a side of sweet potato fries or onion rings. There’s also a great sauce bar with their secret sauce, ranch, apple cider vinegar and the usual suspects.

The burgers at this place are insanely delicious!! Considering I’m only paying a few more dollars for meal here compared to the “drive through” joints makes it an amazing deal to boot. The restaurant was clean, employed very nice, and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely visit again.
