UBSNA (Universal Business Solutions)

UBSNA (they also go by BPSNA and INTRINSIC) has been our IT provider for about 2 years now. It has been the most frustrating experience. Let me begin by saying that I sincerely believe that no one at that company has any inherent knowledge of the work they do; they seem to all be operating off of a predetermined script and have no idea how to resolve any technical problems that deviate from those instructions. We have had countless hours of lost productivity because they do not know what they are doing and do not know how to properly communicate with their customers. I have sat on the phone with a representative for over 2 hours just for them to fix an issue with Outlook (the email filter feature was not functioning properly). They kept me on the phone the entire time, said nothing, and still ended up having to end the call to look into it further. They never explain what the issue is or what to do if it happens in the future. Moreover, they never really fix an issue. It happens continuously. They do patchwork without ever resolving the core issue and then never know what to do when it happens again. I've literally had to remind them of what they did the last time a particular arose. Many of their "fixes" result in additional problems, that they then again take forever to resolve. They do not properly install software - they mix up permissions, certificates, and various levels of access, even though they are given detailed documentation on what to do. When they are working to resolve company-wide technical issues, they boot everyone off of the database without even providing adequate warning, though we have consistently mentioned that this is a problem. It often results in lost work and time. The list goes on, but overall, they have incompetent employees and terrible service. Do not do business with these people.

Will not stop calling. Calls every other day.
