Got a printer from them a few months ago. We print roughly 2500 prints a day every day . I've had a need to call them twice and both times were for issues that happened on a Sunday of all days. Once the issue was actually fixed on a Sunday. The second was fixed by 9:30 am Monday morning.

With my last provider I never had such quick turn around. Usually 4-6 months out.
