Well I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian about three months ago. I get a $200 a week check but I have no vehicle or transportation. I have went there one week at 6:30 as they were closing the customer service cash desk and would not help me with cashing my check although I had to be pushed there in my wheelchair. No last week went there got there at 5:45 they closed it right in front of me as I was pushed up to it. As the girl walked past me I tried to say something and she just kept going totally ignored me I was left to be pushed in my wheelchair for 4 1/2 miles to be able to cash my check. I understand that staffing can be an issue and sometimes we have to close early but is it really going to kill somebody to take five more minutes and cash a $200 check to a repeat customer? And why the rudeness I did not make your day bad I’m a customer I help pay your paycheck. there is no consistency here they close when they want to and as consumer I guess all we can do anymore is call before we go and make sure that there open for business.
