We've had Brian and Kevin to the house several times for various repairs. The latest was our water heater break down. They rescheduled their day and had a replacement installed in half a day. Tourquoise Trail has provided us with exception customer care for close to two years now.

Turquoise Trail did an outstanding job for us. We had a gas leak that was the fault of another company who did the original work on our home. Turquoise Trail was out to our house within less than an hour and coordinated with the gas company immediately. They were on top of every detail including the most important one making sure our home was safe. They got the repairs done in a timely manner and their workmanship was of the highest quality. I give them the best possible rating. The owner Rick is responsive and knows his job thoroughly. Do not hesitate to call them they are the best!

Rick was very responsive his crew was hard working and very knowledgeable. I needed a good electrical Co. To install new service for my Mobile Home, i called talked to a nice lady in office, she said Rick was on other line and will call you back, in minutes Rick called and we set up a meeting date to look at my property he informed me that he could also do the gas line. Rick informed me that they are on another job but would get to me soon as they could. To my surprise Rick called back and said they could be at my property next day my gas line was install about 150 ft from home pressure tested great job. Electrical box installed professionally on side of my mobile Home it looks great and professional. Thanks Turquoise Trail very happy with the work performed

We ordered our own tank and they let us ship it to their business yard as they wouldn’t deliver to a residence. They hauled it up to us, did the plumbing and electrical work and got the job done quickly, efficiently and in only a couple of days. Highly recommend Rick and his crew!! They also put in tanks for two other neighbors.

Called 4/23/19 3:30 pm about a well water pressure fluctuation issue. I spoke with the very knowledgeable owner, Rick. Richard & John came by at 8:30 am 4/24 & were finished by 1:30. These gentlemen were wonderful, knowledgeable, professional & told me exactly what they were going to do with every step. This company does it all & I will not hesitate to call them again!!!

Arrived early, went straight to work, and did a wonderful job cleaned up, then explained everything. Received payment and left

Did a great job on my frozen faucet after a very nasty cold snap. Showed me how to prevent a future problem by sealing a badly placed under-house vent.

They have done several jobs at my home in the East Mountains. I bought an eclectic old property and they have always been responsive, neat, and reasonably priced. They have done both plumbing and electric work, installed new pump for my well, and built me a hybrid water supply system for the house as well as the complete water softener system. They are not cheap, quality never is, but I recommend them highly.

Please call before going there if distance is further than 10 miles.

Rick appears to be a greedy individual who knows everything, however knows nothing about construction. I simply asked him to check and correct the plumbing install on my mobile home to make sure it was MHD compliant. He started picking on my greenhouse watering system saying that was not to code and I wasn't permitted to build and run greenhouses. I called the MHD and they assured me I was fine. I told him, " We were not doing anything illegal and I just want my mobile home to code and to please do it the most economically feasible way to correct the issue". He apparently did not like that statement and he actually called the state on me. I was visited by the chief inspector Rodriguez of CID to verify my permitting. After showing the proper paperwork I was absolved. This man is not looking out for your best interests, just looking to get your money, especially if you don't agree with him on extra work that he feels you need.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. OVERCHARGED.
Called the and asked what does it cost to install a ball valve for my boiler. The lady said they charge $130 a hour plus parts. Said okay and scheduled a appointment. When they came in the morning 2 guys showed up. They came in and took a look for 5 minutes and left because they said they need to get the material. Hour and half goes by and they came back. (Their business is about 5 minutes from my house) They did the job installing the ball valve but it was sloppy work. They stuck around for over a hour because they said they need to get air out of the boiler for a hour. Had to call Rick because they believe more air was still in there. So they left and about 30 minutes later Rick shows up and said everything is fine. Later that evening right before they closed I got the invoice. They charged me for 2 people and 4 hours of labor when they were there for 2 hours. Called the next day and asked about the invoice and felt I should have been aware they charge a person showing up. For all I know they could have 4 guys show up and get charged that. I calmly asked Rick questions about the bill and he immediately was raising his voice and was angry and didn’t give me a chance to talk. He gave his spiel and hung up on me. I tried calling back and now they won’t answer my calls. Tried using my wife’s phone and they picked up. I filed a complaint with NM office of the attorney general about their business practices. So avoid at all cost and save the headache. I’ve learned the owner is very familiar with the courts about people suing him and his business. They are not a honest company. They were hired by the sellers of our new home to fix some plumbing we found before purchasing the home. Upon inspection a leak was found. 2 days after we moved in they came to fix the leak. They had to cut and take out drywall from a neighboring bathroom to fix the leak in the master bathroom. Several days later while doing laundry we had raw sewage coming up in our showers. We called the septic company who found chunks of drywall clogging our pipe. They flushed it out only for it to happen again the next day. I reached out to discuss this as they were the only ones to have access to pieces of drywall that THEY removed. Rick the owner was very rude and tried to blame it on everyone else and refused to cover the costs of 2 emergency pumps. Even the pumping companies we used said they have had several incidents of things like this following work by this company and would not recommend them. We are new to the area and have encountered such great customer service until this. Please go elsewhere for your plumbing needs! Trust me, it will cost you much more in the long run with this company taking no accountability! Shameful!

Initially got the impression owner knows very little about plumbing or electrical. All I can figure is he has a few good workers that know what they're doing. Sure enough, the owner, Rick Howe, ends up billing us for work that was not performed. When I refused to pay the extra amount, he threatened a lien against our property and a lawsuit! Turns out we weren't the only ones he's done this to. Rick Howe has a long history in the New Mexico court system. Don't take my word for it- look him up. I suspect there aren't more reviews like this because he threatens to sue everyone!

If you've had a similar experience, file a complaint with the NM Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Only way this crook will be put behind bars. My wife and I never would have let this guy on our property if we knew his background. You've been warned.
