Just turned in our passport renewals at Cedar Crest. The two women working this morning could not have been kinder or more professional (or cooler), even when I sort of freaked out that they needed to take a new photo. Both my kids did their passports @ CC too. It's worth the drive from ABQ!

Jann was the nicest and most helpful person. We found out that she was the Post Master at Cedar Crest. The post office was clean and Jann and Julissa were very professional and Jann helped us with our passports. We have come to this post office before and were treated the same way. All post offices should be as great as Cedar Crest! Thank You Jann & Julissa!

The Cedar Crest NM is second to none! Highly knowledgeable staff on postal matters. I highly recommend this post office for your business. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wish I could give more than five stars. Easiest Passport process in 30+ years. Do yourself a favor and take the drive from ABQ. If they weren't so far I'd have a mailbox there. Most pleasant people. Nice in an honest way not sweet and fake.

Jann is the absolute best, and I'm so impressed by this little post office in general (a million times better than any p.o. that I've experienced in a big city). Such a nice group of people there; always helpful, always professional: they know how to help with pretty much anything, and they don't hesitate to do so!

Jann is stupendous, spectacular, and everything else wonderful you can think of! The staff at the Cedar Crest Post Office is the most helpful you'll find anywhere. They go above and beyond when helping you, and even offer advice for getting the cheapest postage possible when shipping. Amazing!

I needed passports for myself and children (ages 1 and 3) done very last minute for an opportunity that arose for us to travel to Germany for a family wedding. As close to impossible as that task should have been, the staff there really went above and beyond to get me taken care of. It was such an arduous task for all involved but the staff smiled and guided me through the entire process and expedited everything for me. They even had a stash of juices & fruit snacks that they offered my children (with my permission) that just made their day. Spending an entire afternoon in a post office is no fun for any child but they were happy. We got our passports in the mail in the nic of time! I am ever so grateful.

This post office was flooded with passport applications but I never saw any of the folks who work there get angry or raise their voices to someone who has been explained the
requirements for a passport for the 10th time and he still doesn't get it, they are just nice people who want to help. Recently, Amazon started mailing a 70 lbs package to me. I am 70 with a bad back. They have me drive around to the dock. Think that would happen in Albuquerque? We have it made in the East Mountains.

All the employees are very kind and professional.... granted I am there at least or or twice a week i have never had a bad experience..... wonderful people!!! Great job

The staff and manager are warm, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. It is a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful thing to have such genuine help whenever I am there.
