My daughter and I walked in and looked around while Hope the office manager was on the phone to another customer. She was very helpful to us and choosing which phone we got. She helped lower my bill by upgrading our plan and she was awesome all around! Thank you Hope! You are awesome!

Julian Shelton did a fantastic job! He was very helpful and walked us through everything. He even stayed a little late to make sure everything was set up properly.

Hope has helped me time and time again, regardless of my situation and I couldn’t ask for better customer service! She is knowledgeable, and so kind. It’s a drive for me to go to Kenton, but working with her makes it worth it!

My husband and I are getting a divorce and 2 of our adult sons are still on our account. I decided I wanted the bill split up 4 ways so that everyone pays their own bill. I especially didn’t want to pay for my soon to be ex’s. So Julian Shelton from the Kenton store spent over an hour on the phone with other support people helping me get this accomplished. Visited this store on a busy Friday night-I let them know I could come back the next day and John insisted I stay and he would get my phone issue taken care of. He in fact did that-he did more in 15 minutes than I could get done online with Verizon in about 3 hours. Very thankful I made the trip. Thanks John!
