You got to get into the zone people. Very helpful. Not to busy. Just know exactly what you need or it gets a little confusing. How are they supposed to know if you dont.

After ordering a defective part off Amazon, I came here to get the right part. After receiving the new part came to the conclusion the wrong part was packaged and sent. Autozone went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I had the right part. Customer service was excellent and pricing was affordable. Gage was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Stopped at autozone passing thru Kenton and even though very busy the store manager was super helpful and patient while I confusingly tried to pick the right oil for my car. Excellent costumer service.

Customer service was phenomenal! Twice this past week I have had headlights go out and needed assistance. Mike C. was extremely helpful and changed out the bulbs in the dark with it cold and raining. Thank you!

Coming home from a funeral in WVA my altenator went out on my van, stopped in this store and was helped by Mike. What a wonderful person he is! Mike helped with getting me the parts I needed and went above and beyond to help get me on my way with my daughters and granddaughter! Definitely a asset to your store!
