Both of my giant rabbits were neutered here end of November 2023.
Staff was friendly and stayed in contact with me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and has obviously worked with a variety of animals for years. He kept in contact with me as soon as my boys were out of surgery. Anesthesia can be very complicated for bunnies and luckily both of my boys pulled through. The vet/staff were there to answer my phone calls and concerns after I brought them home. Prices are also amazing here compared to other parts of ohio! I traveled an hour to Diamond vet and if my bunnies need any future care, I will be traveling there again. The vets in my area charge $400-$500 per rabbit! Diamond was only about $150 per rabbit. My
Mom and brother also use Diamond for their dogs and highly recommend their professionalism and care!

Best vet office ever!!! We've taken all our furbabies there since Dr Miller had the clinic on W Lima St all those years ago. We drove from Defiance to their clinic because they were so good with our babies and show THE most compassion. We love all the staff at Diamond M

The vets were awesome when our 11 year old boxer came down sick new years eve. We called them and the vet on call had us meet him at Diamond-M within a half hour. The treatment and care Rebel received was outstanding. They are far better and quicker than having to go to an emergency vet. Our pets are all being cared for by Diamond-M.

My husband and I had an emergency with our small terrier mix dog, Puzzle, on Wednesday evening. We had never heard of your clinic, but you were mentioned to us, and we called. We were encouraged to bring Puzzle in, in 45 minutes, only a half hour before closing. We did so. Our beloved, elderly pet, was in pain and dying. Your staff was so very kind and caring, as they proceeded to put our dog to sleep. It was over in a very short time. Every person we had contact with, was supremely empathetic and spoke kind words to us. Thank you so very much for making a difficult time as easy as you could! We will speak highly of you, and already have, to everyone.

The vets here came to treat my horse in an emergency situation on a holiday weekend when no one else in my area would. I am greatful for their service and compassion during a very difficult situation. Highly recommend!

My puppy had a leg injury and i called in the morning to see if they had any availability for the day and they got me in that same afternoon! there was basically no wait time in the office and the office was very clean and smelled very good. the vet listened to all of my questions and got my girl taken care of! they scheduled us back for the laser therapy to help with her injury and the appointment itself was very inexpensive. highly would recommend!!

Our nine month old Texas Heeler, Skye, was chewing on a section of a beef leg bone when she managed to get her lower jaw through the bone, which became stuck when it dropped behind her lower canine teeth. When I tried to dislodge it, she became frightened and apprehensive to the point that I had to seek a solution. I called Diamond M Veterinarian Clinic and was told there was one emergency case ahead of me but they would call me as soon as it was taken care of. Shortly I got the call to bring her out. When we arrived, I was led to a room where I met "Cat" and "Emily", who quickly attended to Skye and administered a shot of anesthesia. "Cat" then began to remove the foreign object by using a "jewelers' saw" to cut the bone so it became free. Both ladies did a great job and were very comforting to Skye and me, as well. Very knowledgeable staff. Great place to take your pets. Max enjoys seeing everyone when he has to go.

Such wonderful treatment of our dog Baby. To get such service on Thanksgiving Day was amazing. They have our business from now on.Just knowing they are there on a Holiday to care for any animal, just wonderful. Thank you.

My boy was having horrible itch issues...within 24 hours he was feeling so much better. He has so much more energy too. You don't realize just how much that itching is affecting their whole being. Get them to the vet.

We found them originally when looking for somewhere to take our dog to be euthanized. She was 19 and dying and the light of our world. But she was ready also. They were amazing with us and let us take our time with her before and after she passed. Then we have taken our other dogs also here. They've been amazing with our dog who is scared of men..and next are the other two. We love the staff and they are so helpful

I am so thankful to Dr. Kearns for helping us during our greatest time of need. When we found our horse in pain, we immediately called our vet to help us, we left a message on the emergency number and waited. And waited....finally he called back and said he was at a meeting and would be there in 4 hours. 4 hours was too long to watch her struggle. We called around, with no luck. Reluctantly I called a vet 40 minutes aways, Diamond M, thinking it's too far to ask them to come since we weren't their customer. It immediately went to the emergency number, a vet picked up, when I said what was happening, and how far away, he said I'll be there in 35-40 minutes. He might haven given up dinner, time with his family, free time in the evening....I can't thank you enough for helping us and our horse. You made a bad sutuation a little less awful. We appreciated it!

Great staff! They have been taking care of all of our animals for years! They have worked with our dogs, cats, goats, cattle, horses, and donkeys. We have always been satisfied with the work they do and how quickly they respond to calls, or to get us in! Dr Kearns is truly the best! Vet around our area!
