Very polite and friendly and very fast service

I needed to get out of the house, so I went to Kenton. I did a little shopping then got some supper at McDonald's. They were busy, but the drive thru line was actually moving very nicely. I ordered a double cheeseburger bundle, which is a double cheeseburger and a small fry for $3, and I got a free large diet Coke because there was an offer on the McDonald's app for a free pop or tea with a minimum $1 purchase. A whole meal for 3 bucks. Doesn't get much better than that nowadays.

The drive thru here was slammed on a Sunday morning. But given the size of the line, I was surprised at how fast I was able to get my order. The little old lady at the pay window was so sweet.

Although they were down to one lane the drive thru was still fast. My order was correct and the fries were fresh. I can't think of a single thing to complain about.

Fries were hot and crispy. Chicken nuggets were too and they remembered napkins and dipping sauce! It was quick and they were busy.

This was one have the best McDonald's that I have been in lately! I took a development disabled adult into this establishment and they helped bring our meals to us. Thank you for the great service and a clean environment!

They Always make me fresh coffee! Staff is awesome and super friendly!

No one can beat Mc Donalds Frappes. They are made well and the team is following all the requirements. They were not wearing masks below their noses or chins and had gloves on. Absolutely amazing job guys, keep it up. 😷🧤✨💓

Ordered food for there they made it to go then manager said if people would say for here it would not have sit on counter for 10 min I thought that was rude

It was nice to finally be able to sit down in a restaurant after this past year. The staff were very courteous and quick.

I really don't like the fact that I don't get certain discounts if I don't order through the app. I think that's promoting texting and driving.

Easy and quick online ordering. A nice lady delivered our food to the pick up area. Thank you for walking out in the cold.

Staff is always cheerful even though they are remodeling the restaurant. Drive thru line moves fairly quickly considering the
circumstances

Used the app was able to walk on grab my cups and get my drinks. No wait.

The cleanest , McDonald's I have ever been in. Fresh hot food ,very friendly staff, clean play place that fits family into for seating
