Prom dress shopping today , staff were so helpful, shop is so cute and had plenty of room for all clients to look in the mirrors. Huge selection of all sizes. Sometimes plus size gets looked over, but not at Twirl!!! Great selection and found the most perfect dress for my daughters senior prom

I had the most incredible experience at Twirl! Ashley was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so special and comfortable throughout the entire process. The atmosphere of the shop was warm and inviting, and all the employees were caring and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better place to try on wedding gowns. I highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be looking for a memorable and enjoyable dress shopping experience!

This is going to be long and if you are looking please please start here. I am not small I am a much larger person. To the point that I didn’t think any dresses would fit me. I expressed this and when making my appointment and them following up with me before my appointment they were so kind and so helpful and really took care of my worries. I have always wanted to dress shop but my anxiety was causing panic attacks. I went. And I was welcomed by Lauryn and she was so bubbly and kind. She was fun and listened to everything I said. I was so comfortable with her and she never made anything but kind positive comments. I found my dress!!!!!! The whole process was worry free. Lauryn deserves the world. I felt like she went above a beyond for me and just was so genuine. I would recommend her to everyone I know. This experience was completely different than I was working up myself over. I left so happy and at ease. I cannot say enough about her other than she needs a raise for how wonderful she is at her job. I honestly don’t think I would have had this type of interaction and kindness anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Twirl. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I ended up with a sale dress for $500 and did not feel pressured at all to buy a dress nor not get the sale dress. My bridal Associate was Ashley, and she was so easy to talk with. She made the whole experience amazing, and I loved every minute of it.

Great place to purchase your prom dress. They are able to work with your style and budget! My daughter was very happy.

Excellent collection of all types of occasions. Great service. Friendly staff. Spacious store with good changing rooms. Little pricy yet worthy as they are unique styles and patterns. There are restrooms inside for customers. Seating area for other guests. The only recommendation is they donot have any refund or exchange policy, all the dresses are final sale and no alterations available at the store. So this has to be taken care. Parking available around the store.

They have such a great selection of dresses and everyone who works there is so positive and helpful!!

10 out of 10! Twirl was by far the best boutique and experience I had looking for the “the dress”! Ashley was AMAZING!
I had tried on over 100 dresses before I even came to Twirl and had several unpleasant, awkward experiences. I was pretty much over dress shopping and was getting frustrated that I wasn’t finding “the dress”. From the moment I walked into the Twirl, everyone was friendly and helpful.
The first dress I put on ended up being the one! They were patient with me as I needed to ‘think and drink on it’, came back and said “Yes, to the dress!” Ashley made the whole experience fun and enjoyable, she understood exactly what I was looking for and made it so easy! She was personable and professional. I still can’t thank her enough!! It was definitely well worth the 2 hour drive. I highly recommend going to Twirl if you are looking for your dream dress, they have hundreds to choose from, you will not be disappointed.

Lauren was our consultant today who we loved having help my sister try on wedding dresses. We didn’t feel pressured at all (thank you!!) and even though my sister had already found the wedding dress she loved from somewhere else, we loved the experience and decision day. Thanks Lauren! I’m sure we’ll get more bridesmaid dresses here!

I am plus size and I was nervous going into a bridal shop, but I had heard Twirl had a wide variety of sizes and styles for plus size brides so I was fairly confident I would find something I felt beautiful in.
