Absolutely loved it. Biscuit was nice n fresh n fluffy n chicken was really good n the hash rounds wasn't greasy. I wished there was one in Cleveland Tennessee.

Just moved down here from SC ! 2nd day here got some lunch from jacks and it was so good !! 10/10. Wonderful workers !

We love our Saterday breakfast at Jack's. Normally, very clean and nice employees.

This morning I just got off a 13 night shift (Nurse). Well I wanted to get my children breakfast so I could just shower and sleep since I had to be back at 6pm. Welp I keep my debt card locked and as soon as I pulled up to the window my phone died and I couldn’t turn my card back on. They waited for me patiently b4 asking me to just pull up until I got my phone to charge a bit to turn on. Well it wasn’t coming on so I circled the parking lot thinking I can get some more juice to the charger. The manager stuck his head out the drivethru window with my order of Hot Cakes and Bacon for my sons and said here I took care of it🥹💕💕 I said I will come back later today and pay yall and he said no thats ok I took care of it for you. I come here often in the morning and sometimes b4 work and the service is always fast and I get what I ordered. I’m writing this to acknowledge this managers kindness and compassion and I truly appreciate that he allowed me take my children breakfast. I wish I got your name and I’m sure I will see him again but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! It’s always good to find a fast food restaurant that still has good people who are willing to serve you with respect and kindness because that’s lacking these days. God Bless you.

The BEST Jack's in town. Here's the 100% truth... My wife and I moved here a year ago from the Midwest and discovered this Jack's location close to our home. We eat here regularly and have NEVER once had a bad experience. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, and the food has always been hot and fresh. The portion sizes are always appropriate too. The only negative thing I can say is twice I've ordered the 4-piece chicken tender snack and fries, I've received only 3 pieces. The last time that happened I didn't take it back to the counter because the three pieces I did receive were HUGE and seemed to be more weight total than the 4-piece ones I've received in the past.

Never disappointed in food or service. Always cooked when ordered. That's how it should be.

We like the food, but they can't seem to get the order right. I ordered a Southern pub BBQ burger with NO PICKLES. Imagine my surprise when I found pickles on my sandwich when I got home. These mistakes have happened repeatedly.

I stopped in and had lunch with my GF. Staff was very friendly. Food was good on that day, fast and fresh. The inside is much nicer than I expected, cozy, as this was my first time eating in and was very happy with my experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Make sure to grab a bunch of napkins as they are super thin.

I love this place. I'm a new resident to the area and I'm a big fan of this fast food place. Good prices for fairly decent food. I'm not a fan normally of fast food places but this place seems like it values quality in their meals. I'm not to suggest it's healthy per se but the prices are good, the food tastes good, and I'm not feeling regret after having it. Also, really good bacon egg and cheese for the price of $3.50. 5/5 would recommend.

This time we visited the Jack's in Red Bank and we will be back. We had hamburgers this time and they are very good. We added small milk shakes for dessert and they are amazing. The service was great. We were waited on promptly and welcomed by several of the staff. When leaving the manager thanked us for choosing them and we sincerely felt they meant it.

Hated the wait in line. Just 2 cars ahead but the person in front of me kept changing his order. Then he asked what they had. For 20 minutes! They need to have a line just for idiots! Anyhow, fried chicken is the best in town. Even the wings have meat and there are no unidentified pieces. The competition has gotten bad and is using smaller chickens to compete.

Was good food. First time to eat here.

Jack's in Red Bank has good food and friendly service. There are no condiments on the table or a drink dispenser in the dining area. Other than that, it is a good place to eat.
