Big Chicken

We went just after they opened so they were obviously slammed. The line moved pretty quickly and then the food order was ready super fast. Nice large sauce bar for dipping (the sandwiches didn't need additional sauce). The BC fries were like thin steak fries and had a nice crispy texture for the most part. I was torn about getting the dirty fries, next time. The Shaq Attack was fantastic, the spicy slaw was really good with just enough bite. You could likely tone it down if you opened it up and removed the jalapenos. The chicken breasts were very large and made for a great sandwich. Parking was a bit sparse but for normal days it will be adequate. They have several outside tables in front which was great since it was a pretty nice day and it was a bit chilly inside. All of the staff was super friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend trying Big Chicken and we will be back too.

I was debating on 4 stars due to no drive thru; however, I cannot fault a cool place for that. Plus, sometimes it’s better to just come inside anyways. I love the atmosphere, grilled cheese with chicken was absolutely incredible. I also got a peanut butter shake that was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this place. It was not busy during the time I came in, but the staff was super friendly and made for a good experience. Gotta try it at least once or five times.

A Flavorful Feast at Big Chicken

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Chicken, and I must say, leaving without a single complaint was the most delightful surprise of all. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience was simply amazing.

Firstly, let's talk about the chicken. It was seasoned to perfection, bursting with flavor in every bite. The portion sizes were beyond generous, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. Whether it was the BBQ chicken sandwich, the Ultimate, or the Shaq Attack, each dish was a delight.

But the gastronomic adventure didn't stop there. The watermelon/strawberry lemonade was a refreshing revelation, earning a well-deserved 10/10 rating. And let's not forget about the sweet tea, which was equally impressive.

In conclusion, Big Chicken exceeded all expectations. With its delicious food, refreshing drinks, and generous portion sizes, it's a must-visit for any food enthusiast.

So worth traveling for! Mann Shaq knew the plan and made it make since...Delishhh! Best chicken sandwich I've had in a while. The line was out the door but fully staffed so the line moved at a good pace. You can self serve drinks, and sauces. Restrooms were clean and there is parking behind the restaurant. There's a few tables outside for outdoor seating. Drive thru is not available at the moment. I'm looking forward to going again and again as long as it stays fresh and has the seasoned touch as my first try.

Husband and I went here for the first time and were very happy with the taste and quality of the food. This place is on the pricier side, but the food was definitely worth the cost. The grilled cheese chicken sandwich was our favorite thing we got. We also tried the original chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, dirty fries, and "popcorn chicken" (which were more like chicken nuggets, but very very tasty).

Great food, awesome service! Even on one of the first days they were open we got our food quickly and exactly as ordered. Several unique sandwiches to choose from and all delicious. I am a fry snob and these were some of the best I’ve had! The selection of sauces was pretty yummy too!

I went a couple days after opening. Drive thru wasn't open. Inside was busy but I still got my food in decent time. It was loud inside due to being busy but I suspect that will subside. The sandwiches were a little more expensive than comparable places. The sandwiches were amazing though. Unique combinations. Chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy outside and juicy inside. Great flavor. Too expensive to go on the regular but it was so good I will go back some time for sure.

First time at the restaurant today and it was really good! The food tasted amazing and I loved the fries and big chickens signature sauce! Wish it was a little bigger on the inside, because it was pretty packed. Overall would recommend!

Food was delicious! Highly recommended The Ultimate Chicken sandwhich as well as the BBQ Alert chicken sandwhich. The fries were also very good. They were a thin steak fry. Multiple free dipping sauces to choose from. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. Want to try the shakes but was just too full but will definitely be going back. This is by far our new favorite fast food chicken place in the area!

I was there the other day and saw a brown gentleman get slammed into the table by shaq!!! I was so excited that I vomited all the chicken out on my own table and then proceeded to re eat said vomited chicken because it was so good. I cant explain how well the service was. The bathroom was incredible, the counter tops were so nice, the light fixtures made me seem like i was dying and going to the light, The door seals were so rubbery and new, the trash can out side was perfectly aligned with the building, the ceiling was just the perfect height for me, the grout in between the tiles almost had me in shock with how perfect it was. the support beams over the awning was delicious!!! Would recommend!!!

Only open 1 week and still working out the kinks (shakes took forever) but the service was great and so was the food. Much better sandwiches than Popeye’s. Girl at the counter kept checking in with me telling me they were getting to our shakes.

Customer service was amazing! The line was long (due to the location being freshly opened) but we were able to get through the line relatively quick, food was fresh and the lady who took our order was great! Super friendly and helpful. Will come back again!

We ate lunch at Big Chicken. Food was as expected, but there was an employee, Jamiah, who went out of her way several times while we were there. She went on her lunch break while we were there. While she was eating, she overheard another patron discussing that something was missing from their order. She got up from her break and went to make it right. She had a great attitude and was overly helpful and friendly to us and everyone she encountered. She gets 5 stars for sure.

Food was really good, certainly above the standard of fast food. Even though the place was busy the staff was extremely friendly and calm. Hands down best chicken from a "fast food" restaurant.

The food was great and would love to return, the only down side is i didn't get to meet shaq, another review said that shaq was there and threw him up in the air. The things i would to to get thrown by by the Shaquille O'Neal would be very extensive and would last very short. BUT the customer service was great would return again but only if shaq will throw me too. EDIT: Got thrown by shaq was the best experience of my life 5 star service.

Had Uncle Jerome’s sandwich in Hixson TN. Great service. Terrific sandwich. Spiced just enough to make your nose sweat. Haha.
