Subway

I just want to say thank you, I didn't know what I wanted to eat tonight but I knew it wasn't subway. My girlfriend on the other hand would accept nothing other than subway. Ultimately my hand was forced and I had to purchase subway. With disappointment, I got home, sat down and looked at the most perfectly put together subway sandwich I have ever witnessed. A truly unbelievable performance here, whichever theoretical physicist put this sandwich together 1000% deserves a promotion to be the CEO of subway. My disappointment was met with an unstoppable force of beauty and I will be forever grateful.

I have frequented this subway as of late, and to be completely honest, I drive a few extra miles each time to come here instead of going to other subways. I've become familiar with the ladies making my meals ( Lisa and Grayce). They know exactly what I want and don't hesitate to serve me with a smile everytime, despite the ridiculous amount of orders they have coming in each time. I love it here. 😀

I want to give a big shout out to Dylan at the Plainwell, MI Subway. I spent 40 mins trying to place an order for 2 footlong subs, tonight and not getting the offers to apply on my order. Tt would not work. I was on my 5th time trying have my order apply the code when I decided to call the store. The young man was so nice. He took me order and said he would take care of it. I just needed to pay at the store when I picked it up. When I got there it was already. And get this. He is only 17 years old and attending one of the local high schools and the Votech Center. I would have thought that he was in his 20s on the phone, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I realized, he was very young. He handled every thing with great confidence, no excuses and was glad to give great customer service. Both his boss and his parents should be very proud to have a young man be able to take charge and and be so responsible. And to top it off, when we took our subs out of the bag at home, we found 2 cookies with a note that said, 'Sorry for troubles' -Dylan. Wow! This young man will go places in this world because he knows how to treat customers and get it right for them. I'm a teacher in the area, so I know when I see great character and work ethic! Thank you, Dylan. The best to you in your future endeavors.

Lisa and her team were fantastic,best food we've had from subway ever.Store was very clean as well.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Lisa at this location is an absolute rock star!! Would highly recommend!! Give this girl a raise!!

Came in during a very busy lunch rush. This crew was fantastic! Showed no signs of fatigue, got everyone through in a very timely fashion. Jordan was taking orders in drive thru while making subs and didn’t slip once! Great experience

This place is fantastic the staff is super friendly and fast. I was there during a busy period and had my food within minutes. 5 star experience. By far thee best Subway staff ever!!!

The service was good. So was the sub love your #12 sub. The employees are so friendly like Lisa. I like going there when she's there. Jordan is so nice as well as grace.

Would it be too much to ask to update the Doordash website?
I'd be awesome if we had the opportunity to select to have our sub toasted.
Just ordered a Steak and Cheese Wrap and it was cold.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't know anyone who would think a cold steak sub would be appetizing.
I'll just not order this again though Doordash.
Also why isn't the Pizzas that Subway offers on the online menu either?

Jordan and the crew was fantastic! I watched Jordan make 3 subs (mine included) all at the same time, very efficient and didn’t bat an eye of frustration. She killed it!

Been going there for a while now for breakfast, the workers are very nice and quick at what they do. Personally recommend trying out there breakfast subs on a wrap, for what you pay ($7.50 I think) you get a decent amount of food

Been going to this location for 10+ years! One of the few fast food chains that is vegetarian friendly. I have had a bad experience with drive thru so I always go in so I can watch my sub be made right.

Its been a couple of years since I've had a sub from subway. Don't know why its been so long but it was so fresh and yummy i will be a weekly repeat customer again...

Always does what it take to keep customers happy. Our work ordered a large amount of food and they had it ready fast and just the way it was ordered. Great team and managed very well.

Bacon was barely cooked . Cookies were doughy. went from table to garbage can!

Food was great. Service was awesome. Our Sandwiches were on point. Thank you Plainwell MI. Subway.
