Taco Bell

Came through here close to lunch time. One of the staff members gave a heads up that they were running on only three staff members. Setting up the expectation, was an important part of this transaction. I expected to wait much longer, but they still were very quick about their order, and it was accurate. Even better the person serving me the food in the drive-thru, Jamie, was very upbeat and making the best of it despite that they may have been short staffed. I hope the owner sees what a great crew they have.

I’m writing this review not because this Taco Bell is special. I’m writing it because Shawn M, the cashier in the drive through window, is special. Way to stand out sir. Your positive, professional attitude made an immediate impression on me. 5 stars for Shawn and the customer experience he provided.

Jeffery rocks!!! He’s the greatest Taco Bell employee I’ve ever encountered. He always serves us with an smile on his face and a great attitude! He’s so polite and always treats us with respect.

While out on a late night errand, we stopped in for a quick bite just before closing. I'm not sure we can judge on "atmosphere" just by the drive-thru, but the worker was very polite, courteous and professional. We were told right off the bat that there were several items that were unavailable from the menu, but the things we did order were fine.

By far one of the best 🌮 taco bells I've visited!

Literally could be a Michigan man tire restaurant.

Very Very nice. The food & service was great plus we ate inside. This is the cleanest Taco Bell that I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of them not just in Michigan but several other States as well but this Taco Bell in Plainwell Michigan was the best one for appearance by far.

Visited this location twice and both times I receive my food quickly and staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I used drive thru on both occasions. Mid-day weekend.

I just love tacos in general!

Went inside today. Susprised at how clean it was. Our chalupas were very dry and stale. Brought it to their attention they immediately made fresh ones. As well as giving us both a free combo card. Not sure how long they've been under new management but I can see a huge difference in customer service, quicker drive thru times and food is made much better. Manager today was very friendly. Jessica I believe was her name. Also the female cashier was super friendly. Hope this location stays this way. It used to be really bad.

Friendly staff not as quick with service as Plainwell McDonald’s but not usually as busy either so the timing tends to works itself out at least for the drive through

I want to give a huge shout out to the plainwell location! You made my day better!! I have had my ups and downs with this location but on a whole i have always been pretty satisfied for example four times in a row (a few months ago) I recieved the wrong order not discovering this until i arrived at work i ate what i was given anyway turned out i liked the item so wasn't a loss BUT TODAY.... After a bad day at work nearly in tears i pulled up to the drive through because i wanted my go-to sad food when asked about my day i replied it was terrible and this crew went above and beyond for me and made my day they made my whole night and i wasn't able to catch the manager's name but i can say the crew and manager working today (May 18, 2021 aprox. 8:40 in the evening) THANK YOU!! and the food was amazing!! I will be coming back very soon.

Service was pleasant polite and easy to talk to and the food was accurate, and delicious!

Very short staffed at the moment but everyone inside was working as fast as they could to keep up with everything. So expect a bit of a wait but its not due to laziness they just generally don't have the staff to go any faster right now. Food still came out hot and great.

Always enjoy going to Taco Bell. I love their nacho fries. So many different options. I love their chicken chalupa. They seem to always be busy but are quick getting orders out and the crew is very friendly.

The person who took my order was very polite and very professional, later he came by the table and asked how was the food, I really liked the way I was treated there.

Workers tonight did an awesome job, not a single missed item or wrong item. AND THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED AND BUSY!! Very impressed, very proud. Good job guys
