to picking up the food. It was perfect I actually called and was gonna say your service was great but the guy who helped me answers lol. So I thanked him again

Amazing place! The employees are always upbeat and ready to serve the customers! The food is always consistent and fresh. That’s not always the case in every store. Sometimes it depends on time of the day. The plainwell Wendy’s is always on top of it. Way to go! They also have been very accommodating to truckers, EMS, and anyone that is too large to make it through the drive through! Thank you! During these times, it’s the small things that make our jobs easier.

The worker running the register on 7/9 at lunchtime was very polite and efficient. The food was actually hot.

Food was good as expected. Didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman running the drive through this morning around 9 am is always so pleasant whenever I pull through. Shoutout to you my dude for making my morning!

Line was very long, yet the wait was very short. They did a great job of getting food out to customers and keeping the line moving. And, the food was exactly what we ordered and tasted amazing. We'll be back for sure!

Great customer service & food!! The only fast food place in Allegan that I've never had an issue with my order. Personally, I'm not a fan of Wendy's breakfast, but everything else is always great. :)

Always a fresh quality product and the staff is super friendly!!! Very rarely have i had an issue here as they pay close attention to detail on the orders!! Highly recommend you stop on in here for a good fresh hot product!!

Updated facilities and helpful staff make this one of my favorite local fast food stops. As a Dasher I really appreciate the organization & efficiency here.

Wendy's kinda hot, I'm not gonna lie. That, and she opens half an hour earlier than the Burger King right next to her does. It's like she loves folks who work third shift just a little more than the King.

I had a frosty and fried. My husband had chilli and fries and iced tea. He said it's the best chilli he's ever had. The fries were great also. The iced tea was colored water but he drank it anyway. Love Wendy's

Have never had a bad experience here. Food orders are pretty much always accurate.

I had to wait for about 20 minutes here. But before you drive past, let me tell you that they gave me a free Jr. Frosty, made my burger a double, and refunded half the price. That was definitely worth the wait.

Wendys has always been a great place to visit for breakfast, employees are always in a great mood.

If you request it, they'll cook it fresh at the time you order it. I love the 4 for $4 menu! Nobody beats their Chili, IMHO. Wide variety of menu items. Nice décor.

Great service and fast!

A great place too eat. I recommend it. Very good tasting food. The best Chili ever. Baconator Fries--um delicious! Salads have improved, just like home. Soft serve chocolate and vanilla ice cream for dessert. A mango drink. Wow! It is time to go back to Wendy's!
