McDonald's

Went through the drive thru and Joyce was so kind and so happy. There's was also another lovely lady that handed us our food. I didn't get her name but she was so nice and happy. We need more of that.

Clean, friendly, staff working hard and gave me my order very quickly and correct. Staff took the time out of their day to lighten moods, put a smile on my face and was very professional as well. Hard to do in customer service. Thanx guys good job

I love you get a Lg ice tea in the morning. They always do a great job.

We went here for a cheap dinner. Two McChickens and we split a grilled chicken salad. The McChickens are what you'd expect for something that cost a dollar--not great, but not bad. The salad was very tasty with corn, black beans, and just the right amount of seasoning.

Service was friendly and quick. We ate in the dining room, and our order was out to us in about 3 minutes.

The dining room was pleasant. Not too hot and not too cold, some background music that didn't overpower conversation, and what a surprise--fresh flowers on tables!

Always fast n great service. Always get what I ordered with a smile.

On my visit the store was clean and our order was right and hot, with flowers on the table👍

They do great just need to pay attention to the front counter as well but I totally get it the drive thru times have to be quick so you keep the oepe down but I have to say the food is always good so far and they don't make a mess of my Frappes and not once gave me a Carmel when I ask for mocha so I am fairly happy with them!

Saturday 10:30AM it takes a 5min for breakfast not bad 😋 and very fresh and taste delicious .

Just had a soda. I'm not much on having fast food. I can tell you this, even though this McDonald's was extremely busy, the orders were still being served in a fantastic manner. Also, the restaurant itself was still very clean. Great job to the staff and servers working last Sunday.

I always have a good experience with McDonald's in particularly this one I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's

We lately have had trouble getting our food in under 20 minutes but Cathy has been nothing but helpful and as timely as she can from what I've seen Cathy is working 10 times harder than most of the other employees I see when I'm there. I'm a little disappointed in the effort the others place when Cathy goes out of her way to make it a good experience.

I understand that everyone's experience may vary, but I must say that this particular McDonald's location has become one of my personal favorites. Being from Portage, where the McDonald's are closed, and Kalamazoo, the 24-hour service in Otsego is incredibly convenient. Although I don't typically make a dedicated trip solely for McDonald's, I often stop by with my fiancé since he lives in Ots. Without fail, the experiences have always been positive. On this recent visit when I went alone, everything went smoothly. The food was served hot, and the two friendly ladies working there made the experience even more pleasant.

In and out quick. They didn't forget anything in my big order.

Food is always pretty good. Service is friendly, Sandy is amazing! So nice and respectful I hope you keep her and actually give her a raise. She's great. Because of her I'll be coming back for breakfast even more than I do already. MC Donald's always gets a bad reputation but this one is great.

They've really gotten better over the last year or so, in my opinion, about getting everything you ordered in the bag and the way you ordered it! The last 5 out of 5 times, I'd say, they've not made one mistake! I love that! Plus, they have some kind, cheerful people working the Windows!😊

Stopped by the other day and was very pleased with the speed of their service. We were in and out of the drive thru in < 5 minutes. Very impressed.

The morning crew is superb. I don't even need to tell them my order, Bruce the manager has half my order going before I get to the register. Couldn't ask for a better crew. The night crew on the other hand are not as efficient. Waits are long, people constantly leaving not wanting to wait in line for 20 min. If the night crew ran half as good as the morning they'd be great.

Drive thru service is absolutely stunning. Great post night shift spot.

I have a 95% satisfaction rating with this location. They are great at pushing cars through the DT very quickly. Only problems I ever have are like missing sauces. Thanks Ronald M. You rock.
