MISSION BBQ

This place did not disappoint! I don't usually order ribs, but for some reason, I had a taste for that, along with mac and cheese. The ribs were flavorful and tender. Came clean off the bone! The cornbread could have been better & the bread pudding could have been a little crispy, with the edges. It was more like mush, but it also reminded me of candied yams. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely return.

There is nothing that could make this place better! The food was delectable, service was top tier, and the environment is superb. This place stands for something. 🇺🇸

I often get take out for a healthy lunch from here! The staff are always efficient and food tastes great. Sometimes they will hand out samples which I am more than happy to try. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Love to catch up with Tony when we run into each other too. Highly recommend.

My family is located in Berryvillle, VA and Sterling,VA. We picked Mission BBQ to meet for our Mother’s Day Dinner. There were two toddlers and 3 older kids. I can’t say enough about our experience today. The food was excellent, the employees were so helpful and very very happy. They had a very nice employee out side taking pictures of the kids on the Mission BBQ truck. My grandsons loved it. The employee taking the pictures was so pleasant and seemed sincerely enjoyed her job. I just wanted to thank Mission BBQ of Sterling for making our Mother’s Day very fun.

Food is great as all mission BBQ.

Service and welcome from the team is awesome. We were welcomed the moment we stepped in from the staff, who were about 25 feet away. It made my wife smile ear to ear ear when they said loudly “welcome folks!”

Good food in large portions. The atmosphere can take veterans and first responders down memory lane.

I came in for a late lunch. I was lucky to have Craig take my order. He was so friendly, and efficient. I got my food quickly, and it was correct. Craig is an amazing employee. My food was good, as it usuallybis!

Love Mission BBQ. Latest visit: Black plate special Smoked Prime Rib. Fantastic!! Brisket was good as always. Tried the Jalapeno cheddar sausage. Very good as well. A bit of heat but not too much. Great sides.

Black plate special. NY strip slightly smoked and finished on flat iron grill. Really good value like most everything on the menu. Good quality and smoked just enough. Buns aren't my favorite, they're dry and bland and don't go well with BBQ in my opinion so I skip sandwiches now. Service is great.

Excellent brisket and chicken. Corn bread great, fries and coleslaw not to my liking but meat is amazing. Can't go wrong with brisket and chicken. Must try!

Food is always great and even goid for those on keto. Service is good, I can't say much as we don't require much service in the cafeteria style lol. Music I bit loud and not my style but acceptable. Design is consistent with it's chain. Overall very happy and we will continue to eat here and the other locations.

OMG. Yep, that is what I said when I took my first bite of the pulled pork I ordered! This is my new favorite BBQ place at least in the VA/DC/MD area. We also tried the brisket, mac and cheese and baked beans and ALL of it was so nummy num num mmm mmm good. They have 6 different sauces as well as vinegar to try but you could also put nothing on it and it will be delicious. The staff was also friendly and service was quick. The restaurant was clean and the overall atmosphere was fun. Get in your car and go.

Visited MISSION BBQ for the first time. Picked up some Moist Brisket and Saint Luis Spare Rib Bones for dinner. We paired everything with mash potatoes and tomatoes salad at home. Oh my gosh! Words do no justice to the delicious meat we picked from MISSION BBQ. I am not a meat eater by all means, however I was extremely impressed the the juiciness and the flavor of the meat. Absolutely delicious! I went for seconds :)

This was my first time at MISSION BBQ; I love their interior design; from the moment you enter the restaurant, the entire atmosphere, the friendliness, smiling faces, and delicious smell of smoked meat, now that is a good and awesome American fast food restaurant!
The service was impressive. They all make you feel that ‘you belong’ I don’t know how to describe it. I loved it.
Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures, but surely will go back for more!

SO GOOD. Carolina Brothers was my fave BBQ, but CB and Willard's (both good) had both better step up their game because this place is throwing down the gauntlet. Mission has a wide variety of meats and their sides are very good. They have six kinds of sauce which are all REALLY good and very distinct.
I had the chopped brisket sandwich, which they marinate in their memphis sauce in the oven so that it thickens and kind of caramelizes. By far the best I've ever had. The green beans were very tasty and the mac and cheese- oh the mac!- was the real, oven-baked deal, not some creamy stovetop concoction. A delicious experience. Add to that the fact that they help and honor veterans, and what's not to love?

After nearly 5 years in KC and epic BBQ at every turn I was worried I wouldn't find a go to place in LoCo. Happy to say it is Mission. Great selection, tremendous sauces, bountiful portions and a pleasure to visit every time. Brisket and turkey are top choices for me with smoky flavor to spare and the perfect "tooth". Quick bite? Perfect. Vet or first responder? Go be treated like family.

Exceptional service by Tiffany and Tony! We had the best experience ever tonight and are a forever customer! Best cornbread and BBQ sauce in the area by far!

Love the tenderness of the meats. Ribs delicious. Just a little too salty.
Update.
I tried the baby back ribs again last night at Parc City Ctr location...seasoned perfectly!
Had beans and mac n cheese as sides and that yummy cornbread. Missed the banana pudding but got the strawberry shortcake instead and loved it.

I'm a regular customer at Mission BBQ in chantily. It was my first visit here at sterling and it was good as always.
