Eighty-Three Brewery

One of my favorite breweries I’ve been to so far. Nice and relaxing environment, retro-modern decor. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. Excellent beer, had to buy a bottle of the wine barrel aged to take home! Menu is on the smaller side but the flatbreads were great. The guy working in the kitchen was such a hard worker. Can’t wait to come back!

Really good!! Chill, laid back vibes. We had two pizzas and both were awesome. The beers are also great, and they mix the berry gose with other things to make beer cocktails that are fantastic! You seat yourself and go up to the bar to order, and the dude running the register was really friendly too.

Very nice place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The food was very good. The Pizza was very good, the pretzel sticks were very good with Beer Cheese and their Hummus Plate was very good as well. They have an extensive selection of house made beers and other cocktails. The Flight Sampler is the way to go if you want to try a variety of their drinks.

We were really impressed by this find! We were at Goodyear Theater for an event and had some time to burn. So we checked this place out, not really knowing what to expect. All I can say is that we were certainly very surprised with what we found!

The ambiance is a very typical brewery style where they have a bar that you can sit at and where all ordering occurs. They have tables, both high top and low, as well as more comfy seating scattered around. There’s some games, both arcade style and table top. So it’s definitely a nice place for gathering and having fun.

We ordered both food and beer. The beer was great and we learned that they’ve won various awards. The Water Balloon fight beer was nice and crisp and very tasty Hefeweizen. We also got a flight of 4 of their 5 IPAs and recommend all of them! We even got some to take home (although those are a bit pricey- mostly $15-$22 for a four pack).

The food was where we were also surprised. They had a decent size menu that included many flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and a few starters. We ordered the Italian flatbread and the ham and Turkey sandwich. They were both really good and I would order again! The chips had a homemade dip that was tasty too.

Honestly, the only disappointment that we had is that this isn’t located closer to us at home so we can’t go more frequently! Highly recommend!

Good beer and a cool spot to hang on the weekends. Had a couple of beers and watched a football game on Saturday night. Bartenders are cool and give good recommendations! Shoutout Katy!!!

Great little place with a very nice selection of beers as well as some very tasty menu options. The Cherry Christmas flatbread was delicious!

This brewery is unassuming on the outside but inside? So freaking dope!! Its October so I appreciated the decor and seasonal beers. I tried everything from the sours, to fruit ales, to stouts and enjoyed each one. The eighties memorabilia is awesome and the pinball machines are a nice touch. I will definitely be back specifically for the Berried to Death and Countdown to Liftoff. Please keep those coming 🙏

Cory was GREAT!!! The Food was homemade and delicious. Beers we're going down very smooth! Pretzels with chip dip is a must!!! Mustard was also awesome with the pretzels!!

I was absolutely blown away by both the atmosphere, and the quality of the food and beer. An incredible staff made the experience even better. My only regret is not stopping in and supporting this incredible neighborhood business sooner.

Great neon vibe! My bartender, Corey, was one of the nicest bar tenders I have ever had. He clearly has a passion for what he does. They recently introduced flatbread pizzas to the menu. I tried the pickle & pepperoni and added the hot honey drizzle. Did not disappoint! Soooo good.

Beer, service, and atmosphere were all top marks. I had a something something beer police, which was a great Hazy IPA, very drinkable and easy, then a something something Funky Saison which was VERY good, and surprisingly different from other Saisons. Not overly seasoned with coriander and orange peel (is that right? That seems like I'm confusing a belgian wit with a saison...whatever.) I had pretzel sticks which were fine, but I would try more food when I go back. Cool place in an unexplored (for me) part (east end) of Akron.

My girlfriend and I drove down to the brewery yesterday, only to find that they're closed on Mondays. We were about to head home dejected and thirsty, when we ran into the owner. Instead of turning us away, he invited us home for dinner and made us tacos. It was pretty incredible.

Now, to be honest, I've known Chris for a long time. But despite our friendship, I'd recommend his brewery to everyone. He makes some of the best beers I've ever had. And his tacos are pretty good too, if you can get the invite.

I love the fun, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere of Eighty-Three Brewery! My husband and I have been coming for several years now and have always had excellent customer service, delicious food and quality drinks. I always enjoy the seasonal pizza/salad selections and beers and look forward to 25,000 Twinkle Lights at Christmas every year. It’s a treat to be able to stop after work for dinner and a drink. It’s definitely one of the best breweries in Akron!

Absolutely enjoyed Eighty-Three Brewery!

The place was very busy when I walked in. I placed a food and drink order with barely an hour before the show at the Goodyear theater next door. My food order was ready, fresh, hot, and delicious in 20 minutes or less. Manager of eighty three brewery, if you are seeing this, you should reward your kitchen and wait staff for being very efficient despite being so busy. I would definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it to all :-)

We went for beer and pizza, both were great! Four of us ordered six flatbreads, totally stuffed ourselves, and had to get boxes to take the rest home. We tried a variety and agreed they were all good, but each one of us picked a different favorite, mine was the Spicy Italian.

Eighty-Three has awesome service and a fun atmosphere. They have pinball games, board games to play, and their sign says trivia on Tuesday. No issue finding parking on the street out front on a Sunday afternoon. I'll be back again soon!

First timers at Eighty-Three Brewery. The beer was awesome. We ordered Pepperoni and Pepperoni Pickle Pizza with the spice honey drizzle. OMG! Great experience. Going back very soon.

That being said!! AMAZING service while they busted booty to serve the line that formed before the show. GREAT flatbread!!
